Hi @Steven Boardman Has this progressed any further? The widget would be useful. I am starting to put together some "IT only" pages and added the change board to an external frame but it doesn't look great it seems to be stuck in the middle of the page, with loads of white space either side and my Hornbill icons showing in the frame. Have I missed a setting? If it went across the page it would be much better. thanks Helen- 8 replies

Hi @Adrian Simpkins Thank you. I keep going back to it thinking I've gone wrong but as I seem to have the same thoughts as you I feel a bit better. I seemed to end up so many with arrows and decisions it is hard to see what I have covered. My latest version has it split into stages for each of the reasons so I can keep them separate. Here's hoping! Helen

I have been given a business process to put which needs to assign issues with printers to one of 3 teams depending on the answers given. I have had several versions of it and I can't look any more! Can someone give me a pointer in how to get this to assign correctly, I am sure I have made it over complicated. Thanks, hopefully, Helen

+ 1 for this for as we are just starting to look at FAQs and how we could use them. Being able to send out a nicely formatted resolution emails with links in them would . I'd also like a central place to hold the documents too as some of ours may be across more than one service. Reading the other thread on this post it sounds like there are some changes coming to knowledge management so these may help me out too.

Hi I am using a switch capture to go to another PC and I get this error when it does. It sounds pretty obvious, but I can't see any form ids that are the same. If I try it with switching to a different progressive capture it works. Before I scrap it and start again anyone got any ideas? Thanks Helen

We have noticed that some changes logged today are coming up as "undefined" when the assessment is completed. It doesn't seem to be on all, seven changes logged today only 2 have an impact the rest are undefined. Have tested using same assessment as one that worked and mine didn't set the impact. Hope someone can help Helen
