  1. Hi all, We would like to be able to add a link to the change calendar inside our employee portal. Certain members of our IT department don't need to log or manage tickets through the IT agent portal, but would find access to the change calendar useful. So our IT Business Analysts and IT Project Managers, can gain visibility of what's going on, and avoid any potential conflicts when planning project activities. We wouldn't want to open this information up to all, so we would need it to be controlled with a permission, that we can add into our IT Business Analysts and IT Project Managers profiles. I can't see any ability to do this currently, so could I please request this as an enhancement? Many Thanks.
  2. Can the standard Visibility option be added to the Change Requests > Update Request > Add to Change Calendar node. We have the ability to turn on and off the timeline update being made but not it's visibility. Cheers Martyn
  3. Hi, As a Service Manager admin, I am able to see change freezes in the change calendar (the days that the change freeze falls upon are greyed out). Our staff, who have Change Calendar Viewer and Change/Release Management User roles are not able to see change freezes from the change calendar. Is there a way our staff can view change freezes from the change calendar without giving them elevated permissions? As far as I can see, the only way for a member of staff to know if there is a change freeze on is when they're trying to schedule a change. Thanks Lauren
  4. Hello, What node do i need to use to successfully add a change to the change calendar and then for the change to get removed when completed? Thanks
  5. Can we raise an enhancement for the Change Request > Update Request > Add to Change Calendar, to allow the insertion of a variable Date/Time field, as at the moment it can only be hard coded. We are capturing a proposed start and end time in a progressive capture and want to schedule the change request to the supplied period. I not sure how you would even use a the current node in the BPM with a hard coded date/time. Cheers Martyn
  6. At the moment the Change Calendar show All Requests, My Requests and My Services. It would be useful to filter it by Service Category, similar to the Service Portfolio, as well as have the ability for a free text filter to search the main summary, description, owner, customer, site, organisation etc. Cheers Martyn
  7. Hi We have a 'No Change Friday' rule in place, where we only allow emergency changes and standard changes. All other types of changes cannot take place on a Friday. Is there a way of applying a Change Freeze to certain types of changes/releases? Thanks Lauren
  8. Hi, Is there a way of adding multiple items to the change schedule from one change/release request? For example, we may have three different outages across three days but all are in relation to one change notification. We therefore wouldn’t log three changes for this – we’d log one and have three entries on the change calendar. Thanks Lauren
  9. Afternoon all, I think I know the answer to this one already but here goes.... Is it possible to crate a customized view on the Change Calendar to filter by Change type? For example, our Changes are categorised into Standard, Normal and Emergency. Is it possible to filter out the Standard changes from the calendar? Cheers A
  10. Hi, Can anyone please advise how to tackle the queries below: How do I clear contents of the change calendar we currently use & where ? How do I create a new team calendar my team require something similar to the change calendar? Is it possible to change colour of calendar when CR is completed? This is so they are easily picked up on the system. Thanks, Tony
  11. Can anyone please advise how I can set our change process to automatically add newly raised Change Requests directly to the Change calendar? I have tried a few ways, by adding this to this to the Progressive capture & Business process, but nothing I do has worked, until we manually add the request to the calendar. Tony
