  1. Not just me then! Have noticed the same thing in the supporting teams
  2. Hi Our users have been reporting slow performance or lost connection to Hornbill and are now getting "Could not connect to the service message" Anyone else got an issue? Will log with support too thanks Helen
  3. Hi @Steven Boardman Thanks for the update I have used the suggestion above but what we really need to do is to be able to email a number of users with an open or on-hold tickets, we have a lot that we need to send an update to while we are off site and for when we have a major incident as in @m.vandun's original post. We have also been asked (which I am sure is on another thread) to be able to select a group of calls an put them on hold or take them off hold. Thanks Helen
  4. +1 would find this handy too, we have been asked the same with other teams starting to use service manager Helen
  5. +1 for us too - I've been asked for this a lot! Helen
  6. Hi @Steven Boardman No - unfortunately it didn't, but did work when we copied it over to our test system, which doesn't help at all! The problem just seems to be that the tasks don't expire so it doesn't carry on as it should. I thought that tasks would change to expired after they had gone over the time, but they show as below Does this help any? I can log a support call if it would help? Helen right-to-erasure.draft.bpm.txt
  7. Hi We are having is with the expiry of a task, which should move the process on to the next stage if it expires What I want to happen: The task ‘Has ID and/or authority been received’ is generated The request is put on hold The request comes off hold one minute prior to task expiry On expiry the process should continue and update the resolution text and closure code before moving stage What is happening: The task ‘Has ID and/or authority been received’ is generated The request is put on hold The request comes off hold one minute prior to expiry The task passes the expiry date and just remains as is, it does say it has expired at the right time. The process only moves forward if task manually completed. I am sure it did work when we were testing but it doesn't now. Can anyone help us out? thanks Helen
  8. Hi I want to be able to hide the finish button in a progressive capture. I have PCs that contain links to other catalog items, allowing me to only display a couple of buttons for the end user but with links to a choice of what the users want to do. This works fine unless they click the finish button which logs a blank request. To be able to hide it from these PCs would be really helpful. I did find another thread on this but it was bit old (2017) so hoped maybe this had been requested since. Thanks Helen @Bob Dickinson
  9. I hadn't seen the email option either! It was something we asked for at the very start so very pleased.
  10. Hi I know this thread is a bit old but I want to be able to hide the finish button in the progressive capture too. I have PCs that contain links to other catalog items, allowing me to only display a couple of buttons for the end user but with links to a choice of what the users want to do. This works fine unless they click the finish button which logs a blank request. To be able to hide it from these PCs would be really helpful.
  11. Hi @Ehsan Although we have the impact now showing we are missing a lot of entries from the timeline meaning that our change process is still unusable. Would really appreciate an update on this. Helen
  12. Have a logged a support call but this is really critical for us. Because we can't see what the impact or authorisation stage is on the change requests raised today we have had to escalate to a P2
  13. Changes logged today aren't showing the Impact on the change when it is logged. This was working OK yesterday. The impact assessment, though completed, doesn't show in the timeline either on changes logged today. We had an update to the latest build last night thanks Helen
  14. +1 for us too please It would be useful to be able to use separate date and time fields
  15. We have lots of reports that we open in excel. Today when I open them I get an error message And a corrupted file if I open it. This seems to be affecting all our reports even ones that have been used frequently Anyone else having the same? I will log a support call too as this is a big problem for us thanks Helen PS just found out that saving as a .csv works and it opens without any errors
  16. We are having problems too - with the self-service portal and the analysts views too Helen
  17. Hi I use the "save selected nodes as template" and "paste nodes from template" a lot in business processes. Would it be possible to have the same when working in progressive captures? I have a form that we may want to include in several existing PCs which has several questions and options and I'd love not to have to recreate it in each one and be able to "paste nodes from template" Or if there is any other way of doing it that I've missed it would really help me out thanks Helen
  18. +1 I would also interested in this if it gets any further Thanks Helen
  19. Hi I have a new BPM and get the error message below when trying to log using "Log New" "There was a problem registering the business process for this request. Please contact your system administrator." If logged via SSP it does log the ticket but without any of the BPM running, no assignment, SLA etc Can anyone advise? Thanks Helen
  20. Same for us! We have noticed that our emails about zipped files are now looking rather different. Please can you advise when this might be fixed? thanks Helen
  21. @Steve Giller - Thanks very much, that sorted it! Helen
