  1. We have a number of different progressive captures which ask very specific questions along with appropriate logic linked to them, which will not necessarily a one to one direct match directly summary and description. At the moment we have to implement logic in the the BPM which branches based on the progressive capture used to then formulate and build the the summary and description (as well as other fields and custom fields) based on the progressive capture responses. This makes the BPM quiet complex when attempting to use a generic/smaller number of BPM's. Can we raise an enhancement request to have amalgamation node, a bit akin to the BPM 'Update Request' node which can be run at the end of the Progressive Capture to populate the necessary fields in the new request. The added advantage is that if for some reason the BPM fails to trigger the main standard fields are populated. Cheers Martyn
  2. When setting up a template how do you add a group here? Also is there a way to set a template as default so that it shows up when composing an email from the inbox?

Hi All, Sorry about this, Im running into an issue where the Routing templates I have setup for a specific Email address dont appear to be triggering when emails are coming into one of our shared mailboxes. Very unsure as to why this fails as I have toher templates that are exactly the same but different wording. Any help?
  4. So we have few templates that we use to copy in large sections of nodes etc, but today I can't delete them! When I click delete it just inserts the templates into the BPM, I need to delete them so that I can save new versions.
  5. Hi, Is there a variable to include in e-mail subject lines that will include incoming email subject lines? For example, we have them come through on the subject line/summary as: IN00047700 update But would like to include the original subject line from the original email request by adding a variable at the end so it would come up something like this: IN00047700 update - Outlook issue Is there something I missed? I've checked through the available variables but couldn't see one Vinh

When you get the authorisation email (as below), when you click authorise can the behaviour be changed to say something like 'This change has now been authorised' as currently, it takes you to the task where it just shows you the details again...suggesting that you need to complete the task as well as click the button in the email? For us, if they choose to Reject then it should go to the task as they need to input why it is being rejected.
  7. Since this morning all of my email templates have vanished? Is it something to do with the drop down menus? I have looked under all of them and cannot find them... This is a bit of a pain because i am trying to link some and create a new one for a new BPM before i go on AL tomorrow, is anyone else experiancing this issue? Hayley.
  8. Hi Would it be possible to have boards included as part of the project template? If this also linked to the task we created as part of the template then that would be good too. i.e. when creating the task in the template, we can also pick if it goes to the board plus lane assignment thanks
  9. hello, so i have created a new business process that i want to use a specific template to send customer on ticket logged and closure. I have manually set which template to use however it keeps on sending the default one I use for Itsupport. how do I change this?
  10. It would be useful in BPM node prompts for email template names, to be able to use the 'Picker' to select the email template name from a list with both the code and name displayed, rather than having to enter the code manually. Cheers Martyn
  11. Hi there, we are configuring our email templates and we would like to include the relevant Priority in the Subject Heading. The script at the moment reads: {{.H_PK_REFERENCE}} - {{.h_fk_priorityname}} Request Logged by CCS Service Desk This generates the following Subject IN00137 - p3 Request Logged by CCS Service Desk It's the Priority display I want to change. Rather than "3" I'd prefer it to read "Priority 3" but I can't find the relevant field that needs changing. Any pointers appreciated.
  12. Hi all, We are currently using Hornbill as our Asset Management system for both internal and external customers. As a telecom company you can imagine we sell (and thus have to register) a lot of phones and other equipment. This mostly entails selecting the appropriate template and filling in all required fields. (asset tag, customer, date purchased, date delivered, etc) Would it be possible to further expand on the template functionality within Asset Manager so that when we select one type of phone all the repeating standard fields were already filled in? Think of model name and number, purchased from, and even purchase price, pruchased from, purchased on and received on dates if we would change the template for that batch . This would save us countless hours of typing the same thing over and over again. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? How are you dealing with this? Thanks, Alex
