  1. @Steven Boardman I have checked several jobs that have been logged and the attachments are not adding when they are being raised via emails.
  2. When using the user picker there is the option of a query string, is there any documentation to describe what you can use this for? Ideally, we would like to just display certain people in the list either via a role or by a field that is against a basic user like building, for example, we have students and staff in our system so we would like to just show staff by not showing those who have Student or Unknown in their site.
  3. yes we have the issue with the same task that we cannot complete, there is nothing that we can do with the task....
  4. we have something similar that I reported and @Victor suggested that we should wait for the new update, has this update been released?
  5. @Steven Boardman I can add this to the Procap but for the Raise New it switches to the New flow after a service is chosen so do we need to add the attachment node before this switch? as we have it after....
  6. We are finding that when logging emails the attachments are not adding to the request, they are viewable by looking at the original email, but they used to appear in the attachments section of the request but it appears that this is no longer working?
  7. How do you turn the setting for 'Set Home Organisation' as it is unavailable to us when we are in more that one team/group?
  8. When customers log a self service request it seems that the first few actions are suggesting that they are done by the customer when actually these are performed by the System BPM Manager e.g Emails being sent, timeline updates etc. Can this be investigated?
  9. We have found that when limiting a self service form to individuals, you can send this link to others who are not on the list and they can see this form and submit the form. The only difference is that if the person is not on the list then when it logs a request it 'breaks' and does not assign to a team and does not pick up a BPM. This seems to me that this is a bug as the person should not be able to see the form let alone submit it if they are not subscribed too it.
  10. Is there a way in the PCF to choose an option from a drop down/check box group and then for it to autofill a multi line text box with text/data? e.g. If you choose Item A it puts that text into a box or if you choose Item B then different text is populated in the box?

We have some requests the keep reopening themselves and emailing the analysts and the customer the resolution details over and over again (see below) The only way to stop this is to 'close' the request but this is supposed to be happening automatically, I have included our ending stage of the BPM below: The only difference between ours and the one that Hornbill has is that you have an expiry out of the suspend from the last decision, before we try adding this in we are wondering if the above should work? This issue only affects a certain number of our requests and we cannot find any pattens yet. Any help is appreciated....
  12. We are experiencing this too, when placing calls on hold. It does the action but errors, if you reload it does the action that you have asked. We are also getting a error every time we login which says that 'Service Desk filter cannot be applied' Service Desk is our team that we are in and it loads but with that error. Is that all part of the same issue, also @James Ainsworth when you mention that it will be fixed in the next release do you know when that is?
  13. We have a task that the mandatory field is not being displayed therefore the task can't be completed and progressed, please help!

  15. In some of our PCF's we require our customers to enter a change number (CHxxxxxx) that has been raised. We would like when they enter this number in the PCF and a job is created, that the BPM will link the 2 together. Is this possible?
  16. We have a form that we ask our analysts to complete which includes picking an asset from a list taken from the asset management panel, is there a way to add this asset to the request as part of the BPM?
  17. Can you have a parallel process with a wait for Request Update and an on hold? So if the request is updated it comes off hold with a specific status or after a set time it comes off hold with a different sub-status, then you can make a decision based on this and send an email or close, to check how many times the email has been you could update a custom field with a number and then once it gets to 3, 4 etc you then auto close.... No idea if that would work but in theory...maybe

  20. @Victor that might have hit the nail on the head..... with the old {{.H_resolution}} I will continue to test this but this is looking positive! Why is it the smallest things that make the biggest difference?

I have tried this and we are still experiencing this issue, maybe a little worse in fact as it seems to be happening more but has the following: {{H.Resolution}} In the main body of the email, I have added a suspend for 2 minutes node to see if that helps the request settle before carrying on.
