  5. @Steven Boardman when you turn the setting (app.email.request.operation.composerType) to 'analyst setting' is the default to use the message box or the template chooser?
  6. Adding manually, we have some users who email us from different addresses (yay) but there are essentially the same person and would like all the jobs to be together, this also helps for the user to be able to see them in self-service. @Steven Boardman
  7. Is it possible to be able to merge contacts and we have some that are duplicated and it would be great if we can merge two contacts (with different email addresses) together.
  8. Yes this the same as @DeadMeatGF's issue we have adjusted our main BPM's so can't show you the original decision that we had.
  9. @Chaz there is no error message, we have some BPM decisions that use pcf answers to dictate the flow. Our example is in one of our pcf's we used the default value which was Windows 10 in the decision, we found a few examples today where this decision was now looking at the customer display which was Windows 10 (temporary) and the bpm decisions are taking the customer display rather than the previous default values. We know this as when it failed we have messages that we put in the descriptions to show the path that the request takes. We have just updated this PCF and changed both values to be the same, to stop further issues but we do have others that use different values. Questions completed: Fail safe message BPM Decision:

We have updated hornbill (build 1364) and found that our bpm's that have decisions are not working as the default and customer display have swapped around as they are now looking and the wrong value meaning that our bpm's are not functioning correctly and are breaking. Please, can this be looked at asap? e.g. customer display is Windows 10 (temporary) and the default value is Windows 10 the bpm decisions are taking the customer display rather than the previous default values.

So I remember that this was a request from a while ago but I cannot find a trace of it.... there was talk of having more granular notifications of request assignment, updates, tasks, mentions etc that could be controlled by the users so that they could choose to receive an email or hornbill notification etc.

  13. @Steven Boardman that is our issue we want this to be driven by analysts, not the business process, we have tried the task route but this over complicated what we are trying to achieve.
  14. Is there a way so that when you change the sub-status of a request it can move the request on a board to a different lane?
  15. Hi @Steven Boardman this issue has raised itself again, can the ability to choose either to show the questions on one page or many via an admin toggle?

  18. Hi I am trying to find out which closure categories have not been used so that we can remove some of the older ones that we are not logging requests against. What is the best way of achieving this? I would guess a report but am not sure where to begin, I created a view to show me the ones in use but as there are so many it's difficult to work it out.

  21. When selecting the 3 dots on an update in a request there are a lot of options that are available, can one be added to email that update to the customer? For example, we update jobs with emails and updates which we would like to ability to forward these within an email template to others etc, but for this to be recorded in the request.
