  1. thanks @Victor for the update, we are sure that you are all working hard for us and dealing with our long list of demands!
  2. So today we are experiencing the issue in the image below on several peoples logins to various applications, there are also reports of slowness and 'cannot connect to database' errors.... is there something that is going on that we need to be aware of?
  3. @Chaz This is fine although we do not allow many of our analysts to have access to these roles as they can do things like cancel requests etc, that we do not want them to have access to.
  4. Consistently for the past few days, especially in the afternoons, we are experiencing slowness of the system when logging and generally using the system. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
  5. Is there somewhere we can view scheduled tasks? via a report or something so that we don't double up etc

So it appears that when you have a CI that was listed in the portal the link still works when the CI is retired, this has meant that some people can fill in/complete a form which is retired but it fails as the BPM doesn't work or process it normally. Is there a way of fixing this or do we need to change the setting inside the CI to be available just to the Service Desk?
  7. @ArmandoDM I have made the asset in policy and set up some scheduled tasks in the future but we cannot see them appearing on the right-hand side, or do they not appear until they are first created?
  8. @ArmandoDM please can I also ask when you create scheduled tasks against assets where do these appear? Is there a list of scheduled tasks that can be viewed/edited?
  9. @ArmandoDM thank you, we have removed the Vendor and this has fixed our problem for now.
  10. @ArmandoDM Yes we do we have a list of all of our suppliers that we choose from

  13. I have just this morning created 2 new network switches so we can add certain assets.
  14. @James Ainsworth No there wasn't it was all normal, I'm starting to think that it is either an issue with the asset class or that there is a hidden/partially deleted asset with the same name in the database somewhere...
  15. @James Ainsworth so it would seem that the creation of this asset is only 'erroring' when we create an asset that is a Core Application, all other asset types seem to be OK.
  16. @James Ainsworth I have removed both of these and still no luck.
  17. I have tried disabling and using a different browser but I still cannot add an asset, I have included the roles that are currently assigned to me:
  18. Also there is no error message it just does not submit the form.
  19. @James Ainsworth there are no mandatory boxes that are left to fill in, we have the correct roles including superuser and this is not allowing us to submit the asset to the database.
  20. @Chaz does this allow us to allow certain users to complete all tasks? Or does this turn this functionality on for everyone?
  21. Are there any thoughts about having Wait for Attachment in a suspend node there is the option to change the focus but not to wait? Also, we would like a BPM task to indicate if there is an attachment in the request and to pull the description/filename into the task, but can't currently find a way of doing this.

  23. We are experiencing some slowness with Service Manager in getting pages to load etc, is there something going on?
  24. Currently, we cannot add any Assets manually into the database we have tried with two users who could enter these details, but when you click Create at the bottom nothing happens and the asset is not created. Please help.
