When updating the resolution text as part of a BPM does it honor wiki markup? e.g. if we add a link like [[https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/servicemanager/selfservice2/raise/xxxx/serviceRequest/xxx/|'''reset password here''']] we would expect the email to display reset password here with a link to the form.....

We are seeing this issue too.

Is there a way to achieve the above as we have set up many views which include custom fields but you can't then create a chart based on the custom fields?

I think that I have asked for something similar previously as in the PCF you can get choose an asset via a dynamic picker, but this does not associate the asset to the request it just adds it as a question answer. The only way to actually add the asset is to use the asset node, but this is too cumbersome for what we wanted to use. The ability to action things in the BPM dependent on assets/class would be good, also to add/remove at various points too.

@nasimg We use this a lot when we notice a wobble to check if your specific instance is ok (https://www.hornbill.com/support) if you logon with your instance ID and email address you can look at your instance health check etc

Now that we can choose to add connections at the PCF stage, is there a way to then change the customer to the selected person during the BPM? Our example - A manager raises a request for new piece of equipment for a member of staff, once the equipment has been authorised and arrived we would like to change the customer to be the member of staff that is receiving the equipment to be able to send emails and correspondence without having to manually change the request, we would like to do this in the BPM.

@James Ainsworth we have updated last week to fix this issue, however the issue is still persists and there is no General Asset Class to be able to upload to. We are getting to a situation where we have a form/process that was supposed to be live 2 weeks ago and cannot as this issue is not fixed.

@Steve Giller OK, so we are on build 3084, which is not the latest version. However this issue still persists of the BPM not calling the integration script it just happened to stop working around the time of the message in the forum. We can call them manually and they work, however the BPM doesn't seem to trigger the node calling the script. We cannot get the BPMs to restart and we have not changed the BPM or server where the script sits so we are not sure where to go next.

Since the update was applied earlier by Hornbill (maybe a red herring) none of our BPM are calling scripts we get an error as follows: iBridge Method: /Utilities/Experimental/HTTP Request - Basic Auth.m Error: Http::post: Failed to make HTTP 'POST' request to server... Please can this be looked into to see if this update caused an error.

Any news on the fix?

Not that this helps but we have the same issue, we have had to trust our staff with more rights than they should to be able to do this type of admin task

We are using the password generator to create passwords, however, some systems don't allow specific characters such as & or $ etc is there a way that we can have an option to disallow certain characters from being used in the password generation?

@James Ainsworth I didn't know about this Importer, but this seems to be uploading from databases etc when we just have a spreadsheet that we need to import.

Has anyone else missing this asset class (General)?

@James Ainsworth We have applied the update by there seems to be a class missing to be able to import assets, there is a General Asset Type which is missing from the drop down to choose to upload a file?

So we have just applied an update to Service Manager and before it finished it created 500 pages of erroneous sessions, please can this be looked into to see why this is happening on our instance...
