  1. As part of the PCF when logging changes we ask our analysts to chose a date that they want to apply the change. We are trying to find a way to use this date to populate the Start Time for the change calendar entry as part of the Add to Change Calendar Automated Task. In the wiki, it suggests you can add it from a certain day but not one that has already been chosen, has anyone found a way to do this? As we are currently looking at doubling up on the work and manually adding this to the calendar via the Suspend wait for Schedule option... Thanks in advance The adding and removing of a Change Schedule can be automated within the BPM Workflow. Add to Change Calendar The From and To dates are set by selecting the number of days from the point that this step in the process is reached. For example Start this change 5 days from now and finish in 6 days from now. The corresponding dates will be automatically added.
  2. @Miro now that this has been released we have been using it to great success, but is there a way to remove the 'Reason' box? As it is not needed if you create your own task fields.
  3. @Steven Boardman We are looking for a way for the link the request to the FAQ and maybe accept as the solution so the job can be closed. Also, we cannot get Problems or Known Errors to appear as the wiki suggests they should also be available in this section to link the request to a Problem/Known Error.
  4. @Gerry It works! We have used this for calculations... e.g. &[[functions.pcf("Order1","field_6")]*[functions.pcf("Order1","field_4")]*1.20] This multiplies two fields togeter and then adds the current VAT rate to the total. Thanks for your help.
  5. @Gerry would it be possible to give an example so we can see if we can translate it into our system?
  6. Hi Has anyone taken fields from PCF forms and performed calculations on them? We are using a form to capture details about ordering items where you enter pricing details and amounts, we would then like to add this up and/or calculate VAT on these items. Thanks in advance for any help.
  7. We have the same issue and @James Ainsworth was looking into this for us, Not sure how much further it has progressed, our guess would be that there is a problem with the permissions of the Android App not allowing notifications.
  8. @Steven Boardman thanks for the update.
  9. I had also asked a similar question - Is there a way to suspend or shift the action focus to Email? I can see options for a lot of other things but Email seems to be missing, as part of our processes we would like our analyst to send an email manually but cannot find a way to make this happen automatically as part of the BPM.
  10. Is there a way of showing if a change is a Normal, Emergency or Standard change in the request list view, we cannot seem to find a way of displaying this information? How do others work with changes in the request list? Kind regards Jeremy
  11. @Pamela if you have a lot of questions would another solution be to create a report that we can use to view this information? Not sure if this can then be added to the request...
  12. Is there a way to suspend or shift the action focus to Email? I can see options for a lot of other things but Email seems to be missing, as part of our processes we would like our analyst to send an email manually but cannot find a way to make this happen automatically as part of the BPM.
  13. @Pamela We have made the above changes already but we have between 10 and 30 questions and some users are finding it difficult to find the correct information. Our main form that we have many questions in is an order form for ordering multiple pieces of Software or Equipment that needs a lot of details to be filled in.
  14. Is there a way to expand the Questions section of a request that it shows more of the questions or all of them in one long list? Thanks in advance Jeremy
  15. @Daniel Dekel this is something that we are keen to have in our instance, has there been any further traction with this progress?
  16. @Miro that's fine, we have a very specific application for this that hopefully will work very well for us and we were trying to get this set up early. I will keep an eye out for the new releases.
  17. I have turned on the feature (experimental.feature.bpm.allowcustomtaskfields) and have created some custom fields within a task but when we view the task they are not showing. When we view the task there are no custom fields being displayed. Is there a setting that turns on enhanced tasks, or is there a setting that we have missed? Thanks in advance Jeremy
  18. +1 for this feature also we would use this for scheduling our AV room checks.
  19. @James Ainsworth I have found this these notifications work really well in iOS as I have been testing on an iPad as well, but still no joy with my Android devices.
  20. @James Ainsworth Thank you for following up. If you need me to test anything or change settings etc please just let me know.
  21. We are having similar issues, I cannot get my Android device to notify me of any notifications. What am I missing? I have the same settings turned on, I am a User and the GCM setting is on but we are getting no notifications when I am assigned tasks or there are scheduled tasks etc.
  22. I am currently going through this process and would also like the ability to automatically raise KE's from PB's as part of the Business Process, if this cannot be done is there a way to link a Human Task/Automatic Task to a BPM?
  23. We are new to Service Manager (3rd day of implementation!), I was wondering if anyone has added Rooms as CI or assets so that scheduled tasks can be run against them? For example, we would like to set up scheduled tasks so that are AV teams check rooms on a regular basis with Projectors, DVD Players and PC's associated with the rooms. Is this something that anyone has done? Also, we would like another asset class added of Rooms, but it is our understanding that we cannot add our own Asset Categories? Thanks in advance.
