How do you turn the setting for 'Set Home Organisation' as it is unavailable to us when we are in more that one team/group?

Hi All, Something a bit silly has happened! The admin user in our instance, which was a full user (Type = User) got set to Basic to try and free up some licenses in our system. That didn't work but now the admin user cannot be set back to a full user because of the license issue. This is having the effect of breaking our LDAP user import. Can someone from Hornbill set it back to the full user type? Thanks in advance (and very sorry!) Chris

Morning, I have a couple of questions regarding log files: - What is the lifespan of a single log file? - Where can I access a previous log file? When I use the log file viewer, it only searches within the current log file it seems. Indeed, when I download the log file I can see on the first row a reference to where is stored the previous log file. But the web screen does not access it.

Hi, I am having issues with the urgencyList maintenance... I am try to setup translated values but the system is behaving strangely. To order the values in the progressive capture, I am trying to prefix with a number. But the system won't let me do it for "High" and "Medium"?! See video attached: simple-list-issue.wmv Surprisingly it is working fine for the impactList:
