  1. We are using the Google integration but we are finding a limitation with only being able to interact with documents or spreadsheets that are in your Drive, is there a way to include documents that are in Team/Shared Drives?

  4. When clicking on Services in the Service Portfolio we are getting this error on all Services and cannot access any of the information. Is anyone else getting this issue???

  6. So with the some charts being the same colour it doesn't make them very clear, the multi-coloured versions where clear in my opinion.

  8. We are moving from Lynda.com learning to LinkedIn Learning in the next few months, we would like a way if possible to update users details etc via an API.... not sure if this would be possible? We are essentially looking for a way if possible to update accounts with name changes etc but not sure if this is possible.
  9. When logging a request is it possible to add the Department as a Display field, so when logging the request we can see the Department that they are assigned too? In the drop down there is Site and Organisation but no department....

  12. We have a PCF with a custom form which includes a date/time field, is there a way to make a decision from this so if for instance the date is between two dates then it can push you to another confirmation node? Node: Attempted decision (that doesn't work)
  13. Thanks @Steven Boardman, that worked. However it seems that you cannot make a decision based on this i.e. if that field is set do this, as the BPM doesn't seem to understand Null values. We have gone a different route to fix this issue for ourselves.
  14. In the task fields there is the following column , is there a way to extract this into a custom field as in the field picker the options are (below)?

We have an integration call that fails where the target does not receive the request, see below error When we check the sessions in the system we see the below, which seems to have multiple sessions for the same user. However we cannot see a reason for this happening.... does anyone know what is happening? There are ideas here around things like Service Manager updates happening for example, we had this issue this morning when we applied the latest update but we are not sure if this is a coincidence.
  16. Further to this I cannot use the asset node in the PCF as you cannot display a filtered list of assets, at least I can't see a way to do that....

So I am having some issues with a PCF I have created a node (as below), this allows the user to select an asset of a specific type which works well however when the request is logged this asset is not linked to the request (see bottom image). Is there a way to link the asset to the request in this way?
  18. Please can I request a Google Docs integration call to be added to the list of Hornbill Integrations. We would like the ability to create documents from requests passing fields inc custom fields, I am more than happy to discuss further if required.

  20. @James Ainsworth we have these set but there are sometimes when we would like a task to have a different visibility to the default system setting, as some tasks are potentially more sensitive an would like these to not to be visible in the portal to the customer.
  21. Is there a way of emailing Human Tasks like an authorisation node? Ideally we would like the auto authorisation task to be able to have custom fields, so that the authorisor can choose an option from a drop down or list.... but we can't think of a way of achieving this with the current features available
  22. @Victor thanks for this, unfortunately this is not something that we can easily get hold of in our organistaion and was hoping for a built in solution.

Could I ask for an enhancement to the task creation as part of a BPM, can we have the option to define the visibility of the task i.e. Team, Manager, Customer, Owner, Public etc Currently we don't seem to be able to define this so all the tasks are visible to the customer in the portal when sometimes we would rather these be hidden, so just view able by the 'team'.
