we are having the same issue and also sometimes the views/request lists are empty until you refresh the page.

Is there a way of exporting the linked requests of an asset into an Excel type document? This would be great for us, or maybe even a link through to a view of that asset. I cannot find an asset 'condition' when creating views so I guess that bit isn't joined up but it would be great additional functionality.

You could edit the BPM of that individual request and change the node to not require the 100% completion, that should work for you?

@Steven Boardman we are using the scheduled date of Changes in a task but I would guess that this is the same principle.

Does anyone know where the resolution details are held and how to get at this information? We would like to put the resolution details in the timeline as there own update, but cannot find where to extract this information from. We have tried 'Get Request Details' and adding the resolution to a timeline update but this returns blank (see below) even when there are resolution details entered.

We pull dates into tasks, which works well apart from the formatting as it shows the whole zulu time (see below) even if the time wasn't asked for or submitted. Could there be an option to include just the date or date and time if other need it?

I have created a view to see all of the jobs created by my team and chosen the analysts and one is PeckR However, in the charts and list of jobs, it returns Lauren Waters (who doesn't exist in our instance), we also have a Ryan MacNeil that is labelled as another one of our analysts. Older charts are OK but new ones seem to have some issues. Please see below the highlighted people don't work for us...

@Steven Boardman further to this is there a reason that you can jump forward stages but you cannot go backwards in a BPM?

Can there be an alternative node so that you can un-set or un-check a stage checkpoint, for example, based on the outcome of a task a checkpoint could be set to false to remove the 'tick' this would then allow re-opened job and processes which are circular in the nature better able to be recognised?

I have tried this for assets which returns a greater list of assets which is good for us, but is there a way of choosing more than 1 from the list (like a checkbox to link multiple things to the request)? -
This now seems to be fixed... not sure when that happened!
