Here is the command line I run: LDAP_User_Import.exe -instanceid XXXXX -apikey XXXXXXX -config test-lyonel -dryrun true [-logprefix testLR -version true] Any idea on why it crashes in the middle of the process? Is it cause for concern?

@DeadMeatGF only get the basic version (it's more than enough!) and it should only cost £46 on Amazon Yes even on PS4 it looks really good (my wife did not believe it was a game to start with....) and it is really fun

@dwalby as far as I know, it is not possible to have a widget displaying this kind of information. So you will have to go through export and Excel I am afraid... An alternative solution is to use PowerBI: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/PowerBI_Reporting

@samwoo can you play with friends in PUBG?? I thought you just get a random server and could not team up with friends... But then I never played it. I would much prefer running with friends in PUBG. And yes, Elite Dangerous was released a while back, but still. @DeadMeatGF managed over 5,000 h since 2015! To put into context, he managed in 1 year what I managed in 2 years of The Division . it's an average of 1,600 h + per year. If I played that much, my wife would kick me out of the house and file for divorce Luckily, she is also a gamer, she understands. So I can still play a lot (considering).

@Kelvin if you want to do that in the request list, then: 1. Create a view by setting up the fields as follow: NOTE: Team is optional 2. Save your view and share it with all teams (when applicable of course) 3. Build pie chart from this view: You can do all sorts of charts and have as many as you need. Drill down from charts is native in this screen. Hope this helps?

Promise, last one for tonight: I know you have plans to improve the reporting capabilities of the system. I for one would love to have a data warehouse (even "offline" from the live database with up to 24h delay) where I could do proper reporting and analysis without limitations or impact on the live system. Having access to such single database and plug it to Power BI for instance would considerably increase the analysis we do. It would almost literally change the way we work and report on our performances. Any feedback would be appreciated Thanks!

Hi, me again, As I mentioned a few times before, I use automation when an email is received to update the request it is related too. When this happens, only the text is copied to the timeline. We lose all formatting, tables and screenshots. This forces our analysts to go back to the original email, which is an issue as not all analysts have access to the mailboxes. Would it be possible to improve this feature and keep the formatting of the email in the timeline post? I do understand how complicated this can be, but you guys are good I am sure you can figure something out. Thanks for any feedback!

Hi again, Is there a setting we can use to decide how the system should behave when dealing with email attachments received? I use the automation to automatically update requests when an email is received (and the request reference is in the title). But at the moment no attachment is added to the request and analysts have to go back to the original email... Having a switch in the settings would be quite handy If it does not exist, could we have one? Thanks!
