  1. Hi All, Just looking for some advice regarding the Service Catalogue. Does anyone use the Service Catalogue as their ISO 20000 compliant catalogue of services? The reason I'm asking is because we are often creating a Hornbill Service to make logging tickets via the service portal a cleaner solution. As an example, to make things clear to the customer, we have a service called "Security Incident" this is obviously not a "real" service, but it allows us to send the customer down a relevant progressive capture and means we cannot use the service catalogue successfully as an I
  2. We handle both external and internal customers in our Service Manager instance. Is there a way to differentiate service catalogue items per portal so that some are only seen on customer.hornbill.com/instance and others only on service.hornbill.com/instance? I have looked but seem to only be able to differentiate on service level by setting subscriber.
  3. Hi, Long shot: is it possible to have a couple of custom fields against catalogue items? And if so, would it possible to retrieve them via PCF / BPM? Having a couple of fields would really help me simplify our BPMs and reporting considerably. Thanks, Lyonel
  4. Me again, Another request: would it be possible to have a "Copy" feature for services? (a bit like the "Save As..." for reports, measures, widgets, etc) Creating a new service from scratch can be particularly time consuming when you have to setup all catalogue items, SLAs, FAQs, feedback, etc. In most cases, when I need to create a new service I could really do with a simple copy of an existing service, and then modify only a couple of things. Would anybody else be interested in such feature too? Thanks in advance for any feedback!
