  1. @NeilWJ feel free to get in touch I would be happy to help as much as I can.
  2. + 1 Especially the portal wide bulletins (although that is an old topic already covered in another post)
  3. I was on the phone with @Bob Dickinson earlier trying to help them with troubleshooting and they think they identified the problem and fixed it. They will check with other customers that all is good and then post an official update on the forum. I can confirm that it works again on our instance.
  4. If it helps, I am getting stuck here when using the service check tool:
  5. And down again... Check service spins for a long time.
  6. Hi all, We have TV screens where we display slideshows all day long. Usually, we just turn off the TV at night but the PC keeps running. Important note: we are using Internet Explorer 11 Lately, I noticed that after a few hours (varies between 2 to 4h) the slideshows simply freeze. Here is an example: The bottom right corner should have another widget displayed. And the cycling through dashboards stops. I looked at the JS console (using developer tools feature on the IE browser) and I cannot see anything there. The CPU and memory consumption are also ok (50% RAM available, CPU at 10% max, 3% average) Anybody else experiencing similar issues? Could be the computer itself... Thanks!
  7. Thanks @Victor for the feedback
  8. I confirm it seems to be back to normal now for us too.
  9. Anybody else experiencing connectivity issues?
  10. My bad... the service was set to private, which explains why I could not see my bulletin
  11. Hi all, Quick question: is there a limitation on the number of bulletins we can display in the service portal? I currently have 3 set up but only 2 are showing... (+ the default one) Thanks!
  12. That's great news!!!! My boss will be very happy about this Any idea on release date? (Cherry on top of the cake)
  13. Hi, Would it be possible to extend just a little bit the custom button options? All I would like is to have the service name and catalogue item name available in the "Variables" (see below). The reason is quite simple: All our documentation is stored on our SharePoint and we use metadata to associate each document to a Service (same as in Hornbill) and sometimes we also map documents to a specific catalogue item. By having these 2 variables, it would allow me to map a custom button to our SharePoint and pass the contextual service and catalogue item, allowing our analysts to retrieve all documents associated within seconds! PS: My boss has been asking for this feature for over a year now... Thanks, Lyonel
  14. @Gerry thanks for coming back to me on this. What I meant by "and across all applications" was simply that the same functionality should be implemented against any application using Business Process and / or Progressive Capture (not just Service Manager). It might sound "obvious", but I would rather say it now than regret it later
  15. @SJEaton I don't think this is possible without reading through the timeline and manually finding out who was the previous owner...
  16. Same as @Keith I would rather keep it simple, just like with CIs. And I am more than happy to leave it to the admin (in possibly a new screen) to order services manually. Another option could be to use similar mechanics to the FAQs? Sorted by number of views? (Just an idea! Not my preferred choice)
  17. Hi @Everton1878, I don't know how your network is setup, but if it is anything like ours specifying the HTTP proxy will not help. Indeed, in our case, we had to white list the Hornbill URLs / IPs from our proxy to ensure the LDAP import would work. This includes both the eurapi.hornbill.com as well as hornbill github (!). Might want to have a word with your network specialist or provider. Hope this helps. Lyonel
  18. Hi @JBasey, You have multiple options: 1. Create a measure and work on the conditions to filter on you specific teams, then add "Request Type" in the additional fields. Then create a widget based on that measure "grouped by" request type 2. Create a widget of type "List of Counters" and create 2 entries (Service Request / Incidents) and then work on the where clause to filter on the teams Hope this helps.
  19. + 1 for versioning comments ! Any chance the same "versioning" feature can be applied to Progressive Captures too? And across all applications?
