  5. @James Ainsworth - unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a particular user or any other setting or options that link them. I have looked at changes in the last week and there doesn't seem to be a particular theme to the ones that take the wrong route. The same analyst logged two changes, same priority, same profile selected, same impact and one closed and one went to review. Sorry it has taken so long to reply, I keep going back to check to see if there is a pattern to it.
  6. Hi @Chaz Is there any update on this? We don't seem to be able to schedule under 24 hours if it goes to the next calendar day. The actual timing of this change is between 23:00 - 01:00 thanks Helen
  7. Hi Our change process has been in place for about 18 months and worked fine. Recently some changes despite “Implemented Successfully” being chosen are going to the other option so ending up assigned to change management and sending for Post Change Implementation Review Anyone got any ideas? I haven’t changed anything on this process and not all successful changes are going that way. thanks Helen
  8. Hi Not sure if this is the same error but when trying to publish a revised BPM I get the same error message. Same for any BPM I try to publish Reports seem to be OK though Helen
  9. +1 for us too please. Would really like to restrict who can run which report, mainly because we have so many of them now, i'd like to have folders to save them in as well. Thanks Helen

  11. We have the same problem with the wrong service or CI being used and the service desk do option 3 (sometimes 2). It isn't always spotted until the ticket has been around for a while so sometimes 4 gets used.

  15. Hi Is there a way to limit the amount of characters entered into a field? I've had someone paste in a load of references into a single line text field. We only expected one or maybe 2 reference numbers to be supplied It lets the text go into the field, then stops the BPM as that field is used in the summary and it gives an error about the summary being too long. I'd like it to only allow a certain amount of characters and then give a warning. In the meantime I can put something in the description to try and stop them while I think about how to change the PC Any ideas or suggestions welcome! thanks Helen
  16. + 1 for us to on this, haven't set up many templates yet but it would be useful to have some way of splitting up the snippets to either service or team. Another thing we really need (probably need another topic for this) but we have so many reports, widgets, measures and dashboards it would be so useful to have a way of filing them or splitting them between teams or areas.
