  1. We can't share that information publicly, so could you raise a Support request with a Passcode so we can take a look and see where the issue is occurring, please?
  2. Please note that you may need to open the shared view(s) for the Chart(s) you wish to display on your dashboard and select the "eye" icon in order to make it/them visible.
  3. Preview Mode takes a plain-text entry (so no formatting at all, I'm afraid) and inserts that into the message variable for the default template set on that Service/Request Type. From the wiki page: Text Editor This is a more simplistic version of the editor which provides a plain text editor that simply injects the text into a defined email template behind the scenes.
  4. Not the answer you want to hear, I guess, but: Yes, by adding each of the sub-categories.
  5. It can be done - you know the format so it's "just" a case of cutting off the "urn:sys:entity:com.hornbill.projectmanager:Projects:" from the value - unfortunately I don't have the SQL for that to hand.
  6. @olayawe Please try again today, as this should have been resolved overnight.
  7. It would still be useful to know if it's an extremely long email.
  8. Regardless of whether they're using it, the issue will still be affecting everybody if it's on the Platform. If they aren't using that feature they may not see it, but this is why you move an affected User onto another machine - if the issue follows them it rules out an issue with the machine - likewise if another User has the issue on that machine but not their own it confirms an issue local to the machine.
  9. Project Tasks are stored in h_project_project_tasks so it might be more efficient to use that table.
  10. Is it an extremely long email? There is a character limit to Timeline entries and I have seen this where a long email (e.g. a chain of multiple replies) is applied. If this is the case the "View Email" option on the "Three Dots" menu will display the full email as the limit does not apply in the Mail Application.
  11. @Adrian Simpkins If that User signs in on a different machine, or a different User signs in on their machine, what happens? Generally speaking if one User is affected it's less likely to be the Platform - that normally affects everyone or no-one.
  12. I'm aware that there is some work being done in this area. I know the Developers are aware of this post so I've tagged this as an Enhancement, hopefully there will be an update for you shortly.
  13. The Authorisation Status is a function of the Authorisation Node. To achieve similar functionality for External Authorisations you could, once the External Authorisation has been approved or declined, use the BPM to set a Custom Field to "Approved" or "Declined" and filter the Request List on that.
  14. Contacts are generally external Customers, Users imported from AD/Azure are likely to be Full or Basic Users which would use the Email Co-Worker task.
  15. I'm not an R expert but as far as I'm aware (i.e. what Google tells me!) that indicates that the version of R you are trying to run the scripts on is different to the version of R you created them with. If you match versions this should clear the warning.
  16. You have not set the Used By parameter to Yes (true) so this is looking for Owned By as specified in the help information.
  17. If you're referring to the Database Asset Relationship Import tool, I don't believe this functionality is catered for: This doesn't imply to me that relationships between Assets and Users are part of the Tool's scope.
  18. If I'm understanding the question correctly and you need the most recently posted Timeline entry, whether that's a post or a comment, and specifically an entry by a User ... no.
  19. Current enhancements are listed under Admin -> Hornbill Solution Center -> Roadmap Library
  20. Would the filtering on the Timeline assist here?
  21. @Dave Longley Have you confirmed these are available in the Azure API? If so, I'm sure they can be added to the list - if not, you'll need to address this question to Microsoft!
  22. This is true, but it's technically not what's happening. I believe that the simplified explanation here is that the Timeline update is the last action in the process, and creating a Request takes longer than linking one. Basically as soon as a Reference (step 1 in creating a Request) is available it it linked but the other steps in creating the request (copying information from the original, etc.) take a few milliseconds longer.
  23. First thing I'd check is whether you have app.view.contact.disableEmailDuplicateValidation turned ON If so do they share an email address? (in any of the available fields)
  24. Unfortunately not. This is by its nature a complicated undertaking. We can offer assistance with this via Expert Services if required.
