Hi Gareth, When viewing a mailbox and the inbox folder the data is automatically refetched when a new email comes in no refresh speed as such we have events that trigger on a new email arriving that update the view. Someone else posted about locking emails while they are open i will raise this with development and see what they come back with. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  5. Hi Kelvin The only public servers we have is the Sandbox instance used by any Hornbill Prospect so you wouldn't want to use that as its recreated every night and everyone shares the same login. It has been brought up in the past but currently we have no plans to offer a test environment for customers. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  6. Hi Martyn If you paste the URL of a request into a workspace post / comment text then we will automatically embed this with a link and the title of the request. Currently its not possible to show in a Request workspaces where the request has been embedded. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Martyn If you have Customer Manager you can view the contacts record and see there associated requests, custom manager is a charged for Application so you would need to speak to your Relationship Manager about getting a licence. In the mean time you can install the Customer Manager Application from the App Store and try the functionality out. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Martyn The change has been made when security.user.passwordPolicy.requireOldPasswordForReset is set to false then the following view will be seen when changing the password in Users Profile View. This still has to go through our continual deployment cycle so i will post when the relevant deployments has been made to live and this is available for use. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  15. Hi Martyn Yes a user can now change there password even if they do not previously know their password. There is an issue where the Client will not lot you change you password without sending the old password so i will raise this with development and get them to remove this. Once this is done you will need to disable this system setting security.user.passwordPolicy.requireOldPasswordForReset Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  16. Hi Martyn We use cLucene for the global search i have asked Development if it supports filtering out strings. At this time its not possible to search workspace name like that you can only search all workspaces or each workspace individually by its ID. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

All, Since our last major update to our service exactly one year ago where we transitioned to a brand new front end technology stack based on a combination of Angular and Bootstrap, we have been busy delivering our customers lots of great feature updates. At the same time we have been working hard behind the scenes to bring this new technology stack to all of our front end service endpoints. We are excited to announce today that we are releasing into preview our second generation Administration UI re-written from the ground up in the same technology stack as our other front end UI's.   22. Hi Chris That Raise New incident button looks like its a Custom Button, if you click on the Custom Buttons button then it should be listed as a defined button. I would guess its mapped to point to the URL for logging an incident which should then use the default Log Incident BPM defined in the application setting. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  25. Hi Nasim This is a known issue where the Indexer would not be correctly populated. The user and roles lists have been improved to have searching built in which has been found to be much more reliable and will be available in the an coming release of the Admin Tool, i will back when this is available.
