    Hi Martyn Yes if the the functionality was to be provided then i would expect the mapping to support any field an application chooses to expose, there are obviously going to be fields that we cannot expose as they are required for core functionality. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

    Hi Martyn I believe what you are asking for was already raised in your post here: https://forums.hornb...?showtopic=8101 the same functionality for questions should apply to the ability to map Pro Capture forms to request details.     Hi Martyn I have checked and the story was raised under CH00124632, this is currently under technical review once thats complete it will move into Development. The team cannot give an ETA but technical review is one of the last steps carried out before Development starts so it not far off. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

    Hi Martyn Have you taken a look at the Hornbill, Form Designer https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Form_Designer This allows you to customise the display of a request form to the Analyst and change the labels, these Labels should be reflected in Pro Capture.     Hi Martyn This was mentioned internally a while back the limit is there for ascetics if we allowed more connections then the auto placement of connection lines could/would cause issues due to this there are no plan to increase the limit and we advise the chaining of Decision Nodes.     Hi Martyn Both timers will be paused if they exist i went through the code and checked. As for On Hold duration this is not set so the request will be on hold indefinitely until BPM sets the status to Open. Although looking at the operation there is nothing to restart the timers so i will raise this with Dev. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

    Hi Martyn Customising the Login Page has never come up, we have a story in the Backlog (CH00138704) for the Portals to improve how its customised and expand the options i have added the Login page to this as its more than likely that customers would want to change more than just the logo.     Hi Martyn This has been brought up internally a number of times and the issue is Mail Template variables only support One to One relationships and Questions are One to Many so how would you map a question to a template variable?     Hi Greg, That correct i had a chat with development yesterday and we should be delivering a change to the Reporting Constructor in the next few days it just needs to go through testing. This should allow you to create an SQL Join using any valid SQL syntax. I will post back when this functionality is available in the Admin Tool. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
