  3. Hi Ralf The log is suggesting that the LDAP attribute Office against the user mcr has now value. I would check the user in AD and the value of Office against mcr i am not sure if the LDAP Attributes from AD are case sensitive. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  8. Hi Martyn The two parameters for Number of Shared Mailboxes in Use and Licensed were never returned by the server this has been added and will be in the next server build, once this goes out to live in the coming days / weeks the values will correct them selfs. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Martyn My Apologies i have given you the wrong information here, i just checked with Development and the Request List against an Organisation Should be available to you without the need to have a customer manager licence. As for requests against an contact, i must have got these two mixed up but i will raise this with development and see if there are any plans to add a request list in the contact view.   14. Hi Gareth If you open the first email you should see an indicator next to each recipient indicating the status of the outbound message clicking on the envelope will open the log to show you exactly what happening. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Kelvin At the moment you cannot do this in BPM something is being developed at the moment called Time Plans which will allow you to schedule events to happen at particular points of time in the lifecycle of a BPM.   18. Hi Kelvin Glad to hear you resolved the issue. Yes this is one of the reasons we advice only on archiving users as archived users are not included in the licence count and if a user has interacted with activity streams and entities then errors like this will occur when they are deleted.   19. Hi Kelvin If you are using Chrome you can use Control + Shift + J to open the Javascript Console then refresh the page and reply with a screenshot of any red text you see in there. If you are using IE then go to F12 for developer tools and click the Console tab and again reply with any red text shown. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Martyn I believe both of these are now covered in the Admin 2.0 Preview, the filter will now allow you to search with * as a wildcard and the setting description is always shown now an should be correctly populated.
