  12. Hi Samuel Unfortunately due to permissions its not possible to switch the Portal Role to Basic User Role, The only option at this time is to add all your basic users to required self service role. If we were to add the ability to assign roles on user update then it would only add the specified roles. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  13. Hi Martyn I just found my note to say when the UI change was available, its now possible for a user to change there password when you do not already know it. We are still waiting for development to be completed on the mobile authentication change. Kind Regards Trevor Kilick
  14. Hi Samuel Roles are only added on creation of a user as documented here: https://github.com/hornbill/goLDAPUserImport Its possible we can look at adding the ability to change when roles are added as we do now for Organisations and Sites. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  15. Hi Martyn This is part of wiki markup two quotes makes text italic https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Wiki_Markup If you want to post content like this i would advice using [code:sql] select * from table; [/code] The new line before and after the sections is important.Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  16. Hi Gareth Importing additional profile fields is now available in the latest build of the LDAP User Import Tool https://github.com/hornbill/goLDAPUserImport/releases/tag/v2.0.0 Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  17. Hi Stephanie In Admin 1 the permissions on dashboard visibility were incorrectly ignored, this was / is fixed in admin 2 so now you only see Dashboards either you created or have been shared with you. I can see from the list most of these were created by admin, so the admin needs to login and shared the dashboards with you and anyone else that needs access to them. The following wiki pages has information on Granting Access to Dashboard. https://wiki.hornbil....php/Dashboards The list of Dashboards is completely empty as you are looking at Collaboration Application as shown in the breadcrumbs, you need to go to Home -> Service Manager -> Advanced Analytics . Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  18. Hi Stephanie Can you post a screenshot of the two screens from admin 1 and admin 2 please? Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  21. Hi Ralf The behaviour of the Direct Database View in the new admin tool has changed and the paging removed, this is purely down to a change in UI controls, the row limit in the bottom left will allow you to return more results which are displayed on one page to a maximum of 100. You are saying the full 100 rows are not visible, i will investigate this and get back to you. Edit: Have just run a test query and when you select 100 the full 100 rows are returned. What query are you trying to run? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  22. Hi Samuel You are looking in the wrong table the following Query will get you document and there tags SELECT h_lib_documents.h_doc_id,h_lib_documents.h_title,h_tags.h_name FROM h_lib_documents LEFT JOIN h_tag_links ON h_tag_links.h_object_ref_urn = concat("urn:lib:document:",h_lib_documents.h_doc_id) LEFT JOIN h_tags ON h_tags.h_tag_id = h_tag_links.h_tag_id Kind regards Trevor Killick
