  1. Hi, I am a newly appointed administrator for Hornbill at Basildon, Mid Essex and Southend hospitals, and have my first enquiry ! We are doing some testing using the mobile application with one of our engineers today, and it appears there was some degradation in the quality of the image uploaded from his handset so i wanted to check if possible please : Is there compression on all images during upload? Whats the typical size of an image and 30 second video once uploaded What housekeeping functionality do we have IE auto archive bases on chronological order Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks
  2. Our teams are experiencing significant slowness in downloading the request list on the mobile app. Has anyone else had this happen? We've ensured the iPhone is up to date. We clear the cache on the app. The only workaround we've identified is navigating to a page with less content, like Workspaces, then navigating back to the Request list which then loads faster. Our Maintenance team uses the app as their primary device for Hornbill and rarely have access to a PC. Therefore it's very inconvenient to their daily work.
  3. When trying to add a mobile phone device on Service Manager when we click on the 'Add New Device' button nothing happens and you cannot get to the screen where you add a device. Also when we have jobs in the mobile app, there is not a way to assign as the options are missing it just says 'undefined'. Could you look into this please?
  4. Is it possible to have Wiki Markup formatting displayed when viewing workspace posts on the Mobile App? Cheers Martyn
  5. It would be really useful to be able to alter and update both your availability status and text from the mobile app; As often you are pulled away from your desk for unplanned meetings/conversations which you could do with being able to change your status for. Cheers Martyn
  6. Hi Is there a way to check who is using the mobile app and who has used it? I found some information by reporting on the h_sys_event_mobile table. I am not sure what it is showing as my mobile shows up but I installed the app, accessed it and then deleted it yesterday, and deleted the device from my settings. Is there a better way of seeing who has or is using the mobile app? thanks Helen
  7. Could we please have a sorting functionality implemented for Reqeusts in the mobile app? The filtering is good. With different request types and predefined views (association). But a button to reverse the sorting would be really nice. I don't see a way of sorting from newest to oldest in todays app.
  8. As I understand it, the mobile apps inherit the notification options from the the user's profile? If this is the case it would be useful to have a third column in the User's profile to configure the options for mobile app notifications separately. In my case there are some notifications I would want on my desktop but not on my mobile. Cheers Martyn
  9. We are implementing single sign on using ADFS/SAML and pre-creating our users via the LDAP Import tool. Therefore the Hornbill platform will not contain a password in essence for any of our users. As I understand it at the moment the mobile app needs a Hornbill password to connect, rather than using the SSO process. If as user logs into the application via SSO and then uses the change password option in their profile, will this suffice for them connecting via the Mobile App? Cheers Martyn
