  1. @Victor So just to confirm Seed Time will always return UTC? Cheers Martyn
  2. @Victor 'GMT Standard Time' works, however from debugging our process we need to undertake the custom expression evaluation using UTC. We have tried 'UTC' and 'UTC Standard Time' as string values for the timezone but both of these cause the node to fail. FYI this is the info when used the Timezone 'GMT Standard Time' and you can see the Scheduled time as a variable is returned as UTC. Cheers Martyn
  3. @samwoo How did you implement you loop counter in the end? Cheers Martyn
  4. @Victor Is there any documentation on the TimeZone [string] values the Get Local Time node will accept as getting an error when setting it to GMT? Cheers Martyn
  5. The HUD on the Request View is not resizing properly when using the Timesheet Manager sidebar app. See example below:- Cheers Martyn
  6. @Harry Hornbill Any update on this? Cheers Martyn
  7. @Victor If the values are always stored as GMT, are these translated by the UI to GMT if being entered on the change request by a user who timezone if not GMT, such as IST? Also if they are always stored as GMT, would it not be best to set the timezone parameter to on the getLocalTime to GMT, thus ensuring the values being compared by the condition are the same timezone? Thanks. Cheers Martyn
  8. @Victor We operate in a number of timezones, so are you saying the value held in the 'h_itsm_changerequests' in fields 'h_start_date' and h_end_time' are held in a local timezone value or are they held in UTC and translated to the local timezone ahead of using them for the condition statement? I think it the latter but just want to confirm. Would I be correct in assuming leaving the 'getLocalTime' timzone paramater as Ignore or Auto - would get return the current datetime stamp in the same timezone as that being presented to the condition statement. Is there any difference between setting this to Ignore or Auto? Cheers Martyn
  9. @Victor We are talking about Requests and their timeline, along with contacts, organisation, analyst, team and service catalog matching. Cheers Martyn
  10. Has anyone undertaken a migration from Microsoft 365 Dynamics into Hornbill Service Manager before? We are looking at migrating another Service Desk into Hornbill that currently operate there service desk through Dynamics, so was wondering if anyone has got any experience of doing this already? Cheers Martyn
  11. Can I ask for clarification on how the decision branch condition will interpret doing a comparison between the current System Time obtained from the 'getLocalTime' against a Request's Schedule Start and End datetime stamp values? I am aware that the display of the Request's Schedule Start and End datetime stamp values will be done using the session Timezone, but held in the database in UTC timezone (Zulu time), but does the condition statement also apply this translation or should I be setting the 'getLocalTime' node to return this as UTC? Cheers Martyn
  12. @AlexTumber That's correct, but also include administration of other things such as simple list, users etc. Cheers Martyn
  13. Now the Admin Tool is embedded in side the the main user app, can the Timesheet Manager sidebar applicaiton be updated to automatically pick up the context when in the Admin Tool so that any timesheet entries have link back to the admin page that is open? Cheers Martyn
  14. When editing a BPM in the new admin tool and you have Timesheet Manager sidebar appearing by default, the BPM Editor workspace does not re-size when you close the sidebar. Cheers Martyn
  15. @Sam P This is not currently possible. +1 for us as an enhancement. Cheers Martyn
  16. @yelyah.nodrog Congratulation and Good luck. Cheers Martyn
  17. @yelyah.nodrog Yes, we start both at the beginning of the workflow and stop them a different point in the subsequent workflow. In our case we check the priority and other settings are present that we use in the rules are present before calling the nodes to start the timers. I suspect you may have an issue with SLA Rules, so the Service Level Agreement or Service Level is not able to be set. Cheers Martyn
  18. @Martijn I will leave @James Ainsworth to respond from a product point of view and detail how we have got this working for us using the current capability. Each Shared Mailbox as a KeySafe Microsoft365 Mail connector entry for the mailbox owner, i.e. a one to one relationship logging in as the mailbox user. They are an actual mailbox not a shared mailbox. For each email domain, we use one of the above KeySafe credentials to login via SMTP and add the 'SendAs' permission to all the email addresses associated with Shared Mailbox. Cheers Martyn
  19. @Steve G We are looking at using the Hornbill Cleaner Utility to remove an previouse customer Organisation and Contacts which has asked us to remove all Personal Identifiable Data (PID) from our system. Can I jsut confirm that when deleting a Organisation and Contact the assoicated Audit Trail with the said objects is also deleted? The reason being is that the Audit trail contains details of changes to PID during the lifecycle so I have to also confirm that this record is also deleted. Cheers Martyn
  20. @Mohamed Thanks for the confirmation. Can you let me know the Problem/Known Error reference for the issue. Cheers Martyn
  21. @Paul Alexander Might be worth clicking on the link with developer tools turn on in the browser to see if something is happening to the link that might explain the error, just in case it getting corrupted in some way by the link being displayed in the task. Cheers Martyn
