  1. Can we raise an enhancement request to have the ability to create a 'New Asset' from the 'Linked Assets' section on the 'Request View'. This would improve the integraiton between Request and Assets, as well as make its capabilities consistent with the 'Linked Requests' seciton. Cheers Martyn

Can the behaviour of when clicking on Linked Assets in the Request View, be made to open in a new tab (making it consistent with the behaviour of the linked requests) rather than opening in the same browser tab which can cause the loss of information/action, in particular when composing an email reply.   3. When using time recording in the Request List - Update action and you want to enter a value rather than just starting the time the UI is not showing properly. On all other actions it show properly as window beneath the action. Can the Update action be corrected to work the same as the other actions? Cheers Martyn
  4. At the moment you can include the custom fields from the 'Contact' but only the Organisation field from the contact. Can this be extended to allow the optional display of organisation fields and in particular organisation custom fields, as we use these to hold information such maintenance expiry date, support level and whether they are hosted etc. The aim is that this information will be presented in the Request View - Customer Section, so the analyst does not have to open up the organisation page to see them.
