  1. We are unable to send an email from the request view, when selecting an attached through the 'Show Associated Files' option. We get the 'Failed to send the email as the file(s) that where uploaded cannot be located or were not successfully uploaded.' This appears to be another consequence of the recent platform file storage changes. Uploading the same attachment to the email directly rather than using the associated file route works fine. The reason we use the associated files route to to provide a means for the customer to also retrieve the attachment through the customer portal. Can this be looked at as soon as possible. Thanks. Martyn
  2. When users have a large number of Assets they use or are shared with them, the current 'Link Asset' screen can become somewhat cumbersome to locate the correct asset, whilst the the current Search option does not help given that it's scope is all assets. Can we request an enhancement to add in a Filter option on both the 'Used By' and 'Shared with' options, to make it easier to locate the assets linked to the current customer. Especially useful would be able to filter by state and operational state, so archived/retired assets can be excluded. It would also be useful to be able to have some control on the display order with sorting options, as not sure what order is currently applied by default. Cheers Martyn
  3. Related to our the posts about include additional fields in the Request Reference Hover Dialog, can we also request that the sub status is display next to the request's primary status in the Linked Requests section of the Request View. Cheers Martyn
  4. Can we raise an enhancement request to have the ability to create a 'New Asset' from the 'Linked Assets' section on the 'Request View'. This would improve the integraiton between Request and Assets, as well as make its capabilities consistent with the 'Linked Requests' seciton. Cheers Martyn
  5. Can the behaviour of when clicking on Linked Assets in the Request View, be made to open in a new tab (making it consistent with the behaviour of the linked requests) rather than opening in the same browser tab which can cause the loss of information/action, in particular when composing an email reply. Cheers Martyn
  6. When using time recording in the Request List - Update action and you want to enter a value rather than just starting the time the UI is not showing properly. On all other actions it show properly as window beneath the action. Can the Update action be corrected to work the same as the other actions? Cheers Martyn
  7. At the moment you can include the custom fields from the 'Contact' but only the Organisation field from the contact. Can this be extended to allow the optional display of organisation fields and in particular organisation custom fields, as we use these to hold information such maintenance expiry date, support level and whether they are hosted etc. The aim is that this information will be presented in the Request View - Customer Section, so the analyst does not have to open up the organisation page to see them. Thanks. Martyn
