  1. Can we raise an enhancement request to have the option to 'Archive' as Workspace, in addition to the current hard 'Delete' option. In other parts of the system we are able to archive/retire entities, but not in Collaboration Workspaces. The idea would be the Archive Workspaces would be excluded form the Global Search and only be visible to the owner. Cheers Martyn
  2. I am after some help with assets please, we have two assets that we have retied, archived and make out of policy but it still appears in the asset search. We think that if an asset is marked in this way it shouldn't appear in the search to Link assets?
  3. Can I request an enhancement to be able to 'Archive' a Shared Mailbox, that is the whole Mailbox itself, not just its content. The reason being is that in Hornbill the source email object remains in the shared mailbox object and not the timeline of the request, which just has the textual extract of the email inserted in to it. Therefore if you want to remove a shared mailbox in order to re-use the mailbox license for a different service, you have to delete the mailbox and content. Can I request the approach like with User licensing where we can mark the Shared Mailbox as 'Archived', so it is no longer used for mail polling, becomes static and is only accessible via the 'View Email' option from the appropriate Hornbill application. This way you can re-use the Shared Mailbox license for the new live service, but still retain the rich email content. Cheers Martyn
  4. At the moment there only appears to be the option to delete a customer contact. It would be useful to have the ability to archive/disable a contact so that any historic infomation is maintaiend but they do not appear in any customer search/selection options to stop new requests being raised against them. Cheers Martyn
  5. It would be useful to be able to mark a service subscription as for an customer organisation (or other subscription containers) as suspended or archived to stop the customer from logging new requests if their maintenance has expired (suspended) or removed form their service list when they have stopped using that service. The latter we can of course achieve by deleting subscription, but the former would be useful. Cheers Martyn
