  1. @Daniel Dekel the second option might need some further explanation: We require for a question to provide two different answers e.g. a colour and number rating, so I the two yes, no's are a bit misleading.

  3. We have some users that have the ability when putting a call on hold the default visibility is Owner when we have set it to be team, no I'm not sure if we have a rogue setting somewhere (screenshots below). Also is there a way of turning off Owner visibility for on hold statuses?

Can I request additional question types: A slider for variable amount, like you have in your project management module e.g. A question with two different answers, like below questions is not a good example. But we have a need for matrix type questions choose colour and choose amount drop downs for the same question.
  5. @James Ainsworth well I am preempting the team by asking for either the questions to be removed/redacted or to be able to completely remove the request once passed externally. Once the request is filled in the we export out of Service Manager as a json and then convert this to a pdf and insert into our document management system.
  6. The feedback button has reappeared after our update to 1727, for some reason the version before 1707 this button in the customer portal was missing.
  7. @Steve G I am also having issues in sharing the file that was created with the others via the Google Share File integration call, it doesn't seem to like the referencing the document id from the creation call if that makes sense? I have also tried to put the URL into a custom field which works on the timeline but again the integration call doesn't like referencing it and fails.
  8. @Steve G with this Google Docs integration (which works wonderfully btw ), do you know the best way to format the details that get passed in the body? As we can only get it to pass the raw data and we would like a way of formatting this if possible?
  9. We have created some forms where we are using Service Manager to gather information via the portal then handing these 'forms' off to another application. Our Governance team has expressed a wish for these request to be cleansed e.g. the form questions to be deleted or the request to be removed from view with the option of deleting the request. Is there a way of doing this via a BPM as we would prefer to do this automatically rather than relying on a manual process.

  11. We have been going through the process of setting up a lot of FAQs for various services, but it seems that when you add links it does not honour these in the resolution. I have included the FAQ, resolution text and email below to show what we mean, if you send the link e.g. http://xxxx.com/xxx/xxx this works but we would like to make them look 'pretty'.   14. I am after some help with assets please, we have two assets that we have retied, archived and make out of policy but it still appears in the asset search. We think that if an asset is marked in this way it shouldn't appear in the search to Link assets?
  15. @Steven Cotterell your statement is true, however the image in question that we are trying to change is found by going to live.hornbill.com/yourinstancename/hornbill-today/ or clicking Home in the menu option. Currently our Customer Portal is still displaying our branded images.
  16. @Steven CotterellThanks but we are looking for the image for the Hornbill Home/Today page, the one that you refer to is for the customer portal which we already have branded.
  17. Please can someone let us know where this image is pulled from and where we can change this to something that is more on brand?
  18. Would it be possible to request an enhancement to allow to show the 'Finish' button on conditional answers? We have a long form that we would like if certain questions are answered we would people just to able to finish or submit in specific circumstances without completing the whole form.

  20. @Miro yes we are seeing the same as you, we would assume that the form should display Finish until the choice for going down the branch is chosen? (as logically there is nothing else to do until that choice is picked)

We have a PCF where if you choose a specific answer to a question we ask them to upload attachments, but at the bottom of the PCF, when completing the form the Submit button says Next regardless if you have chosen the answer. The system sees that there is potentially another step/page so shows the button as Next rather than Submit, can this be added as a development request?
  22. When uploading attachments in Hornbill there is no confirmation that this has worked, please can there be something to let you know that you have uploaded something. This especially pertinent if the attachment section appears off the bottom of the screen when completing forms. Maybe something like this? (sorry for the very bad Photoshop!)
  23. As it has been our busy time of year, we have held off making any changes to Hornbill. We are going to be applying the latest updates next week (Wednesday).
