  1. Hi @David Calder, Thank you for your suggestions, you are right, this view is quite old and needs to be updated. We did have plans to do this but in a later stage. I will still raise a change for this and hopefully we can make these improvements earlier than we planned. Regarding the reminder section, it is a defect. I will raise it now and will be fixed soon. Just for you to know, there is a problem with the formatting of the time, it should say 1 day (1440 minutes) Thank you, Daniel
  2. Hi @David Calder, The Activities were designed to be simple and we would like to keep it this way. The checklist was added after as an addition but this I believe is the limit to how much we want to complicate things over here. For setting data from the progressive capture you have the Request in the Service Manager that can be seen as a bigger and more complicated task. Thanks, Daniel
  3. Hi @David Calder, Sorry for the long delay. There used to be a problem where a previous release notes used to be displayed rather than the latest one. This was fixed in the new server build. Also, as @Lyonel mentioned, by following the forum announcements you will not only see the latest changes but also you can receive notifications for when there is a new build available for you.   4. Hi @TrishaRush, Sorry for the delay, seems like we've missed posts from this day. As mentioned in your previous post, the Service Contracts is a feature that is still under evaluation and construction, that is why it shows up as "Beta". At the moment there is no option to add custom fields to this view. Thanks, Daniel

  6. Hi @PSG, As Gerry mentioned, the Activities are quite different from the Requests and the initial intention was never to go to the level of complexity as you find in the Service Manager. Having say that, we are planing (not very soon) to change a lot of the back-end in tasks and that will eventually lead to a change (for better) in the front end. I do agree in what you say that the functionality should be similar, or at least the user experience. That is usually the intention but due to priorities in development, sometimes one are gets updated faster than other areas and that leads to gaps. That I'm afraid is inevitable as the product needs to evolve. Thank you and sorry for the big delay, somehow we've missed this post. Regards, Daniel.
  7. Hi @AndyColeman, There is an option that will exactly what you need. In the right hand side you have a button called "Empty Folder" that will ask you if you want to permanently delete all the emails or just move them to the deleted items one. Hope this helps. Thanks, Daniel.
  8. Hi @shamaila.yousaf, Are you the owner of the workspace? If you are it should apear in the Owners list of the workspaces view. If now or maybe you accidentally changed owner it would apear in the list of "My Workspaces". In most of the cases it should be in one of the lists as long as you have visibility to it. If it is private and you no longer are a member of it you will not be able to see it. In that case you will need to find owt who owns that workspace and ask to add you as a member again.   10. Hi @Lyonel, We've just pushed to Live a new build of the Document Manager with a few UI improvements. One is the toggle view option. Switches between Web View and Page like view. The other one is a Full Screen preview. We don't have yet the PDF download option, but I don't forget about this. It will be, just a bit longer. Hope this helps.   13. Hi @nasimg,There was a clear message with a days countdown if you were using the old menu. The same regarding the old email view. The original date for a switch was the 3rd of April but it was delayed until this week.

  17. Hi @yelyah.nodrog, You do have a Description for the field where it can be used to add the validation that will be applied. For example: "Name of the user - max. 50 characters" Daniel.

  21. Hi @sprasad, I've added a story to deal with the signature, but instead of calling it Signature we call it Header and Footer. This way will be much more flexible.It will be per mailbox and each user will be able to overwrite the default one defined by the Administrator. We hadn't allocated a time yet for it but I'll keep you updated. Hope this is what you had in mind. Thanks, Daniel.
  22. Hi @sprasad, As @DeadMeatGF (thanks!) mentioned, you can include the quoted text by pressing that button. We have a pending change to remember your decision so that next time you won't have to press the button again. Regarding the signature, yes, we had some ideas around that. there was a question if to do it per user or one against the Mailbox because this is a Shared Mailbox. Will keep you updated in this post.
