Hi Martyn,
I understand your requirement and have discussed this with the platform team. Is not a simple solution because of the complexity inchecking rights against every user and every notification.
But, they will have a look at this soon and asses if is possible to implement this in a relatively short amount of time.
I will keep you informed.
Thanks,
Daniel.
Hi Ralf,
I can confirm that the feature CH00140423 (support for paste of images in Firefox, IE and Edge) is done now and will be available in our next release (next week).
Kind regards,
Daniel.
Hi Ralf,
Regarding the Paste of images to the timeline and conversations, it is only available in Chrome. However, we do have a plan to add support to Firefox, IE and Edge. The reference number for that feature is CH00140423.
Kind regards,
Daniel.
Hi Martyn,
We had several discussions in the past about what you are proposing. We have different ideas, for sue we will do something about this one way or another.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi Martyn,
Thanks for your reply. I did a check on the Callback functionality and there is a problem. It is supposed to set the Due Date but it sets the Start Date. Because of that the reminder will not work and the column it is ordered will be wrong.
The relevant team is already fixing this and will be available in the next service Manager release.
What you can do for n ow is edit the Due Date, make sure is after the start date and save. That will place the Activity in the right place.
Regarding the other post (8398) is not relay related to this issue but you will see a response soon.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you,
Daniel.
Hi Martyn,
The reason the Activity is shown in the "Someday" column is because there is no Due Date defined. Can you open that Activity and see if this is the case?
Thanks,
Daniel
