  1. Hi @Martyn Houghton, Interesting idea. Let us think about this and we'll come back to you. Thanks, Daniel
  2. Hi @sprasad, Yes, you are right. I'll make sure this is improved for the next build. Thanks, Daniel.
  3. @Dan Munns, we've done it and only updated the ones that were related to the removed tasks. Can you please refresh the page and check if the counters now show the correct data? Thanks, Daniel.
  4. @Dan Munns, sorry for that. We will try to identify the notifications that were related to these deleted tasks, but it might not be so simple. If that is not possible, we might need to dismiss all the tasks (activities) notifications for you. Will that be OK? Daniel
  5. Hi @Martyn Houghton, A new functionality was added to the contacts list in the Organisation Details. This will give you paging and filtering by name. This will be available in the next platform build. Also, in the next Collaboration Core build you will see a link in the contacts section that will send you to the Full Contacts List View and will show you only contacts that belong to that organisation. That view is much more advanced. I think this will solve most of the issues you had in that area. Thanks, Daniel
  6. Hi @gregmarcroftorc, The search is using the email address or the email display name. For example <John Smith>john.smith@js.com You can search on "john", "smith" or "john.smith" But if the display name is not declared or does not contain the last name for example it will not be found. For example: john.s@js.com "smith" will not be found. only "john" or "john.s" Hope this explains better. Let me know if your case is different. Thanks, Daniel.
  7. @Martyn Houghton, fair enough. Although for Microsoft each status changes the actual functionality, in our case it will be the same, but it will allow us to implement in the future a similar behavior. We'll add it soon. Thanks, Daniel.
  8. @Dan Munns, That is fine, we've removed the activities generated based on the info you've sent to us. It should now be clean now. Thanks, Daniel.
  9. Hi @Martyn Houghton, There is a status called "Do Not Disturb". That is used for the purpose you need, same as busy. Can you use that? Thanks, Daniel.
  10. Hi @Dan Munns, Managing times, especially in a system that can handle multiple time zones is complicated. In your case, the time was set to 00:00:00. In the UK we are now in summer time, meaning that it will take you one hour back, that is the 30th of September, 23:00:00 hrs. We will add another small change where the default time will be 12:00:00 to avoid these kind of issues. Thanks, Daniel.
  11. Hi @Dan Munns, There is no option to set a scheduler and set the 2nd Day of a month. We will add it to our list but I doubt it will be available in our 3 months planned changes. Thanks, Daniel.
  12. Hi @m.vandun, Can you provide us the details of the scheduler and/or tasks for us to investigate and clean up? Thanks, Daniel.
  13. Hi @Dan Munns, I'm sorry to hear about the issue. We will start investigating about what happened here and once we understand the issue we will remove tasks named "System User Review". Can you please confirm that you want us to remove these generated tasks from your instance? Also, can you let me know if you did further changes to the Scheduled Job after stopping it? Thank you, Daniel.
  14. Hi @Michael Sharp, We've disabled the attachments because the task is not yet created. What you define in the scheduler will be created in the future, therefore the file will not exist. @Ralf Peters, I think you understood the start-due in a schedule. You probably noticed that the Start and Sue fields in the context of a scheduler are not exact time but a relative time. That allows you to set the Start and Due relatively to the creation of the task. So, if you have a meeting on Tuesday at 10AM, you can set the scheduler to create a task one day before, so that you can see it in your list. Set the scheduler for Monday at 10AM, and set the Due Date for 1 day after. Regarding Outlook, it does not have scheduling for tasks, they have reoccurring, that is different and we will probably support this in the future. Hope this helps. Thanks, Daniel.
  15. Hi @Martyn Houghton, There was a problem in the actual global search option that was taking priority of the tab index over the other fields. Is now fixed and it will be in the next build. Thanks, Daniel.
  16. @Martyn Houghton, the contacts section in the Organisation view is quite basic, as all the other sections we display. This is because the amount of space is quite limited and we would like to keep it simple. You will see that also the requests list in that same view will not give you all the functionality as in the full list. At the same time, there is some basic functionality that needs to be added and maybe an option to filter contacts in the Contacts List View by organisation. We'll look at that area. Thanks, Daniel.
  17. @Martyn Houghton, We definitely need to add paging for displaying the full list of contacts in an organisation. We can also add sorting, but what bulk actions would you perform on multiple contacts? Thanks, Daniel.
  18. @Martyn Houghton, It looks like all the new browsers are blocking local paths for security reasons. I do not recommend doing this, but I found a flag in Chrome to unlock this. If you still want to do this you can try it here: http://www.chrome-allow-file-access-from-file.com/ Thanks, Daniel.
  19. Hi @Martyn Houghton, Maybe there is some restriction in the browser. I'll check this. Regarding Custom fields, if you use Multi line Text Area, it will use WiKi to render it, but not a normal text field. I'll come back to you. Daniel.
  20. Hi @Martyn Houghton, In WiKi you can define something like [[\\SOME_PATH | some label]] and that will generate a link with the path displaying the label. Is that what you wanted? Thanks, Daniel.
  21. Correct @Martyn Houghton, You can set this in the Admin Tool under "Collaboration" -> "Settings" Regards, Daniel.
  22. Hi @Prathmesh Patel, I hope I understood your question. The timer will run in the email as long as the email composer remains open. If you leave the email popup without sending the email, it will reset. Thanks, Daniel.
  23. Hi @gregmarcroftorc, @samwoo, At the moment there is no option to do this, BUT... We do have change to do something similar to what you need. The idea is to allow sending an email from the organisations view, so you will select one or many organisations and from there you can get their contacts. In there you will be able to send an independent email to all the contacts in that list. That will also allow using a template so you will be able to personalize a bit the email with the contact details if you want. Unfortunately this will not come in to our 3 months scope but is definitely going to be done. Is that what you were thinking? Thanks, Daniel.
  24. Hi @gregmarcroftorc, We've identified the problem last week and it is already fixed. You will be able to get the fix in our next build next week. Thanks, Daniel.
  25. Hi @samwoo, We've identified the problem and made a fix. If we don't find any further issues, you will have the fix tomorrow in live. Thank you for your help on this and sorry for the trouble. Daniel.
