  1. Hi Samuel Just to keep you updated the Server Team have fixed the underlying issue causing the Updating of User Roles to fail, this will be fixed in an up coming release of the Platform. Unfortunately due to the nature of some changes that made there way into the server before this fix it could be a week or two before we see the particular build pushed to live. As soon as i have a build version i will update the post as well as posted when its been pushed to live. No changed are required for this fix so it as soon as the server build is released the import will start working correctly. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Samuel Looking through the logs i think there is an issue when you try and run the api admin::userAddRoles if one or more roles are already assigned then the whole api call returns a failure, i thought it used to work and silently fail if a role was already assigned. I have asked our platform team to take a look, as soon as i have something to resolve this issue i will let you know. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  10. Hi Pete Currently this is not possible the online status of each user is only maintained in server memory and not written to the Database so not exposable in the Dashboard at this time. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  11. Hi Samuel, No thats fine, i assumed after seeing the Basic User Role that you were importing basic users. There is no restriction on adding a role with lower privileges than a user. Kind Regatds Trevor Killick
  12. Hi Samuel Ok the other thing to check is make sure each of the roles you specify has the Privilege level of Basic as you are assigning them to Basic Users and they can only have roles assigned to them that have the Privilege level of Basic and not User. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  13. Hi Samuel The errors suggest the users already have the Role? Is that the case or are you saying the expected roles are not assigned? Normally we catch an error relating to things like this and discard them unfortunately in this case the error our server returns is a bit generic. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

  18. Hi Pete To be able to login and view the Dashboard each users needs to be a Full User with a Collaboration Licence. To be able to view Service Manager Dashboard they will need to be a Full Users with a Collaboration Licence and a Service Manager licence. Basic users only have access to login to the Service Portal.   19. Hi Samuel To give you an idea of whats coming we will be introducing release notes history to the App Store View this will enable you to see each release and the changes within said release. It will also group together the release notes between the version you currently have installed and the latest available version so you can see in one group all of the changes, fixes and additions you will get when applying the application update. Hi Pete Thank you for the information you provided, the root cause of the issue was the way in which the client was generating and trying to download the CSV file, this has been modified to use something in testing works on any browser instead of just chrome. This will be available in the next build of the Administration Tool hopefully we can get this out by the end of the week, i will post here once available. Kind Regards Trevor Killick

Hi Steve We have an item on the backlog to improve the way customisation are made to the portals something along the lines of a graphical representation of the portal with a UI overlay to make customisations / edits / clear values. This would then hide the real values stored in configuration from the admin, currently there is no timeframe for when this change would be available but it is on our radar.     Hi Gareth This is actively being worked on under CH00140772 which will allow for filtering both on Android and iOS apps. I cannot give any timescales as to when this will be made available but i will reply as soon we have some more information regarding this. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
