Related to an earlier post (link below) we would like to request a Search/Filter box to be added to the Service Level Agreements tab in the Service Portfolio, as we operate numerous Service Desks on our instance and have a large volume of historic and inherited SLA agreements, so being able to search and filter the list would be a real help. Cheers Martyn

Service Level Agreements - 'Service Category'
Martyn Houghton replied to Martyn Houghton's topic in Service Manager
@James Ainsworth Is this still in the backlog? Cheers Martyn -
Are we able to make the Scroll Bars in Dark mode more usable, as at the moment it not easy to see where you are. Example below. Cheers Martyn Light Dark

@SJEaton As a workaround, it might be worth trying using a VPN, so your traffic is routed to the VPN endpoint over the dongle and then onto the Hornbill server rather than direct. Also, do you get timeout issues shown when logging in to the Hornbill Support page and it does the instance connection test on the right-hand side? Cheers Martyn

@Malcolm It would also be worth checking the subscriptions on the service the SR are logged under to check the organisation is subscribed and that there are no specific exclusions on the catalog time they are logged under as well. Cheers Martyn

@Paul Welby Have the analyst set up the additional email notification options in their profile for Updates and Sub-status change? Cheers Martyn

ui issue Employee Portal - does not honour Dark Mode
Martyn Houghton replied to Martyn Houghton's topic in Employee Portal
@Daniel Dekel At the moment it seems to be some elements do pick up the dark mode and other do not, so some elements of the employee portal are very hard to read. Cheers Martyn -
enhanacement Contract Events - BPM ability to Pause Event
Martyn Houghton replied to Martyn Houghton's topic in Supplier Manager
@AlexTumber Just to give this a bump, as we have more complicated Supplier arrangements, we would still need the ability to pause/put the Supplier SLA on hold as the supplied event is passed back and forth before being completed. Cheers Martyn -
@Daniel Dekel Thanks. I check again after this has been released. Cheers Martyn

@Steve Giller Thanks for the response. Its a pity a great bit of functionality is let down by one simple deficiency in that the view option does not actually let you view the whole of the request. Cheers Martyn

ui issue Employee Portal - does not honour Dark Mode
Martyn Houghton replied to Martyn Houghton's topic in Employee Portal
@Daniel Dekel Have two parallel sets of customisation values, the current original ones and a second set for Dark Mode. That way you can choose to support a dark mode with alternate corporate customisation. Cheers Martyn -
ui issue Employee Portal - does not honour Dark Mode
Martyn Houghton replied to Martyn Houghton's topic in Employee Portal
@Daniel Dekel Given High Contrast applies, can the customisation for the Employee portal be extended to have a Dark Mode set of colours in parallel to current settings to use? Cheers Martyn -
@Berto2002 One way to do this might be by adding the view-only people as connections on the request rather than support teams, but that would need the issue with the connection View option to include the Timeline in read only mode, which might be easier to implement rather than having permissions at the support team membership. Cheers Martyn

When using Dark Mode, the application still changes to a white screen when clicking on a link or using a quick search. This in essence causes a flash of white before the page it then loaded again. The retrieval screen and spinning hornbill logo should honour the screen mode of the user session. Cheers Martyn
