  1. @Malcolm It would also be worth checking the subscriptions on the service the SR are logged under to check the organisation is subscribed and that there are no specific exclusions on the catalog time they are logged under as well. Cheers Martyn
  2. Is it possible for the Request Email action to honour the dark mode setting? Cheers Martyn
  3. @Paul Welby Have the analyst set up the additional email notification options in their profile for Updates and Sub-status change? Cheers Martyn
  4. @Daniel Dekel At the moment it seems to be some elements do pick up the dark mode and other do not, so some elements of the employee portal are very hard to read. Cheers Martyn
  5. @AlexTumber Just to give this a bump, as we have more complicated Supplier arrangements, we would still need the ability to pause/put the Supplier SLA on hold as the supplied event is passed back and forth before being completed. Cheers Martyn
  6. @Adam Toms Have you also lost your disk space usage information for your instance as well in the Admin Tool? Cheers Martyn
  7. @Adam Toms Appears to be around the same time as well. @Deen This is also affecting sending of emails with embedded images as well as attachments, so has become a critical issue for us. Cheers Martyn
  8. @Adam Toms Are you having issues with Scheduled and Manual reports in the Admin Tool as well? Cheers Martyn
  9. @Daniel Dekel Thanks. I check again after this has been released. Cheers Martyn
  10. @Daniel Dekel Also User Status. Cheers Martyn
  11. @Daniel Dekel This also affects activities status and sub-status drop downs as well. Cheers Martyn
  12. @Steve Giller Thanks for the response. Its a pity a great bit of functionality is let down by one simple deficiency in that the view option does not actually let you view the whole of the request. Cheers Martyn
  13. @Daniel Dekel Have two parallel sets of customisation values, the current original ones and a second set for Dark Mode. That way you can choose to support a dark mode with alternate corporate customisation. Cheers Martyn
  14. @Daniel Dekel Given High Contrast applies, can the customisation for the Employee portal be extended to have a Dark Mode set of colours in parallel to current settings to use? Cheers Martyn
  15. @Berto2002 One way to do this might be by adding the view-only people as connections on the request rather than support teams, but that would need the issue with the connection View option to include the Timeline in read only mode, which might be easier to implement rather than having permissions at the support team membership. Cheers Martyn
  16. Employee Portal does not honour Dark Mode setting but does for High Contrast. Cheers Martyn
  17. When using Dark Mode, the application still changes to a white screen when clicking on a link or using a quick search. This in essence causes a flash of white before the page it then loaded again. The retrieval screen and spinning hornbill logo should honour the screen mode of the user session. Cheers Martyn
  18. When using Service Manager in Dark Mode the time recording dialog window does not honour the dark mode setting and appears as a original white background dialog window. Cheers Martyn
  19. We have been trying to achieve this using the existing functionality in the portals when the request status is set to resolved and the timers are paused, however, there is an existing know issue where the timers are not handled properly when using this function. By pausing the timer, if the customer confirms that the issue is not resolved before the status expires, the timers are unpaused and the request goes back to the analyst. If they respond that it is resolved or the period expires the request is auto-closed by the BPM. Cheers Martyn
