  1. Thanks @Victor its currently off - I should have said... my preference is to store the full category. This is a recent category added to the Request Data Profile, but it was added at the same time as others where I have not seen the same behaviour.
  2. Has anyone had a similar issue where a Request is only picking up the last/lowest level of the category tree? These two requests have identical Categories but one has been shortened. The only difference I can see is in source - the short one was via Self Service where the category was selected by the analyst once it had been logged, the other via Analyst which has the Category node in the IC. Both the same service, both incidents and the Request Category Level is set in the Service Portfolio.
  3. I had created some widget charts in the old admin tool however their appearance using the new admin tool is quite different. Changing the Base Style Theme seems to have little effect in the new tool. Is there anything I need to do to restore/ apply the original theme (Ocean) to the chart in the new tool? Screenshots show same widget / different tools (taken from the Widget preview under Widgets, but is the same in a Slideshow). Thanks

When injecting fields from Intelligent Captures to use in the Business Process, I am seeing Unpublished Intelligent Captures in the pick list....I feel quite sure this list was only Published captures in the past? I have 81 Published captures, the rest are deactivated/unpublished. Please could this be updated? Thanks in advance
  6. I keep popping back to this post to see if this would benefit anyone else....we use Connections quite extensively so it would be really valuable to know if there is / could be a way of searching for the tickets that someone is a Connection of.. could this be considered?

  8. I'm just bringing together a dashboard for a high profile go-live and also have the same issue with my Widget naming conventions.... +1 for me please The ideal would be to have a separate Label / name for each Measure / Widget that can be viewer-friendly.

  10. Is there a way I can use the same Custom Field (h_summary or h_custom_a etc) for two different fields in the same Intelligent Capture? By using a radio button/dropdown and Override Flags/Conditions, only one of them could ever be answered so there is no risk of data being overwritten. Thanks
  11. Hi @James Ainsworth thanks. The Outcome shortcode length is 16 characters and can be injected as a variable which is great but often has to be abbreviated to take in to account the character length restriction (see a better example below). In my example of using it on the Timeline for the Customer to see it would just be easier (nicer) to see a longer comment rather than deciphering abbreviations.
  12. Is it / could it be possible to make the Task Outcome field longer than 16 characters? Either that or the option to inject the Display Label as a variable in to other places? I'm using the outcome on the timeline and it would be nice if I didn't have to shorten or abbreviate words to fit them in. Thanks
  13. @QEHNick Not sure if you have sorted this yet but I just had this on a BPM where the stage in question was in between two other stages and my last node was End Stage when it should have been Next Stage. Changed it, published it fine.

  15. I have an analyst with an empty task pane despite having a task count of 53 (what we would expect), just happened in the last 15-20 minutes, reboots etc not resolving and no change to browser.
  16. Thanks Steve, this is exactly right and is in the context of an Equipment Service Request, so there could be none/any/many buttons selected in each group. I'd hoped there may be a way to enforce something on the form itself. Out of interest, what does "Never Skip Form" do?
  17. I have multiple checkbox groups on one form and none of them are mandatory, but at the same time I dont want the user to be able to pass the screen without selecting at least one... is there a way to set the entire form as mandatory? Never skip form = True. Thanks
  18. Thanks @James Ainsworth Hmm.. Yes I guess the very nature of a bulleted list is that there would be more than one bullet... hopefully there might be a way to show this info nicely in my label. Will leave it with you! Thanks
  19. Hi, I have an issue with Wiki Markup but only seems to be when using specific wording and only when the bullet is first in the list, see below my tests...can anyone help? Thanks
