  1. Thanks for clarifying @Steve Gillermy Regex knowledge is limited to copying other peoples! However I will take a look to see what I can find. Thanks
  2. Hi all, just wanted to check...when setting a Intelligent Capture default value, should the user be able to progress past the form without completing it, even though 'This field requires a value to be provided' is checked? I realise, technically speaking, the field is not empty however I had hoped our default value might be ignored and still require an input value. Thanks
  3. There is a minor issue when using the mouse to drag and select multiple items on the Intelligent Capture and Business Process canvas, in that the selection box does not start in the same place as the mouse pointer making it (only a little bit) difficult to make accurate selections. Of course I can still CTRL+Click so its not a show stopper.
  4. In the new Admin tool > Business Processes, when viewing Executed Processes, a "Process State" window is showing behind the process itself...its a little distracting and I'm not sure what value it adds but more importantly its hiding the flow arrows for that section. Can it be hidden or closed?
  5. The ability to manually sort/slide would be perfect, thanks (just like we do the Service Catalog items). Thanks
  6. Is it a setting rather than a permission? Although I guess this would enforce it for everyone, not specific roles..
  7. Can I have some help with Custom Button rules please? I want a button to show according to Request Status, but only when the status is New, Open or On hold. My button rule is set as follows but the button doesn't show on a request that is on-hold: I reversed the logic, and it now displays on requests that are on hold but also now shows the button on resolved and closed requests (i.e. all requests): For the avoidance of doubt, the OR operator is active in both these scenarios. I also tried Status contains status.onhold but this didn't work either. I also tried grouping some of the rules, and this also didn't work. When I have one single rule (relating to Status, at least) it works. I also observed that even though my button is not Request Type dependant, I have to create it for Incidents and Service Requests separately, which seems a little strange although there is probably a perfectly reasonable explanation. Can anyone see anything I have missed?
  8. I have a scenario where I need to take selected / specific capture questions and answers and insert them to a document that can then be uploaded to a third party helpdesk (integration not possible). Ideally the output would be an Excel or Word document and be prompted either via the BPM or by using an Auto-Task / custom button combo. There would be no requirement for the document to be stored in a library, but should be attached to the request. Is this possible? Thanks in advance
  9. @Berto2002 I had this with assigning tasks to a variable owner...it selects the team highest in the alphabet and assigns it there. As a result of this, our team members are only in one team, which works for me in this scenario but we are missing out in others.
  10. Just to round this off... "Following the investigation into the issue you reported (Measures are skipping a month) our developers confirmed this is caused by a product defect (ref: KE00170905). They are now working to have it fixed. The fix will be available in a future product update Workaround: To leave the Timezone in the measure blank or set to none."
  11. @Smurfy would it be possible for you to share the node to get this to work? I have tried Assign to Owner (variable) with the variable @James Ainsworthshared above but getting an error...I have prefixed it with Get Request Information node but dont think thats right (I'm still quite new to this!). Thanks
  12. Is there a way I can suspend a business process until the start of the next hour? It could be 08:00 or 15:00 or any hour in between depending on when the Suspend node was invoked, which also means it could be invoked anywhere between 1min or 59mins. Thanks
  13. As an admin I can see the "archived" user filter after searching for a co-worker in Service Manager, however analysts can't see this so don't have a way of looking at requests logged by someone who has left. Is there a setting or permission I can change to allow the analysts to see archived users?
  14. Noticed after the UK clock change in October that November has righted itself and also properly generated a full month for December. Can this be looked in to please? Or advise how I may resolve it and resample?
  15. Hoping there may be a simple fix for this, this measure is calculating first time fix for each month however it's skipping every other month, presumably because the end date is already in the next month? How do I get accurate monthly measures? Do I need set the "Monthly" parameter somewhere? As below, August is missing. Thanks
  16. +1 to add chat to an existing Request just like you can an email
  17. +1 Self resolution would be useful I think
  18. You may need to change Entity from Board to Card:
  19. @Victor thanks I hadnt seen this post before...however all of my reports are scheduled and do not have user prompted values so I think I still have the same problem of not knowing when the report was run just by looking at the report. Could it be considered for development?
  20. Still looking to see if this is possible - to refer to the date / time the report was generated in the report itself, suggestions could be: - appending the report date/time to the generated file name, e.g. All Incidents Logged Yesterday_xxx_20220118_0900.xlsx - in the case of the spreadsheets, naming the report Sheet with the above, instead of Sheet 1 - simply adding the Report Run Date to the footer of the document When reports are viewed in isolation (when separated from the email for example) there is no way to tell when the report was generated. Thanks in advance
  21. +1 a notification to admins would be great
