  1. I have the Hornbill standard new project IC but I'd like to combine it on less forms with additional customised questions. Can anyone please point me towards the embedded Field IDs for them so I can include them on a Customized Form to still feed in to everything else?   2. Once selecting a Programme under the Project Portfolio, would it possible to add a setting to choose the default opening tab? I see its possible for projects but dont see the option on Programmes. Thanks

  4. I found that the selected days don't matter as long as the next event date is the next date you want it and the period is set to 10080. This one reaches me every Monday at 05.00:

As Victor has confirmed in another post that its not possible to report on Stages and Checkpoints unless they are mapped to Custom Fields, this serves as another reason why I feel we could benefit from some additional Custom Fields. I don't think for a minute this is an easy thing for Hornbill to implement however some indication of whether or not it could even be considered would help
  6. Without using Custom Fields is it possible to report on the Stage / Checkpoint status of a request? In the first examples it would be "all requests at Change Approvals stage" or where "Change Approval stage is not complete" (actually change is probably not the best example as there are actual fields), in the second example it would be "all requests when RFW Scoping Completed is checked". Thanks
  7. Can the order of request presentation be changed/personalised under the service? I can see that its set alphabetically (Change / Incident / Service Request), but what I would like is for Incident to be top left. Having just implemented Change for some services, this now displaces Incident which I think will create a lot of confusion, especially now it will be different depending on the selected service. Thanks

  9. I have discovered that the Copy Request feature within Service Manager copies Custom Fields from the original even if they are not usually set until much later in the BP. This is throwing out some reporting. Can Copy Request be toggled on/off? Or can the option to Copy Custom Fields be added to the Copy dialogue box? (I can see that it would be difficult to distinguish which custom fields you would/would not want copied and that may differ for each request).
  10. @NeilWJthanks. For "Against User Prompted Value" these options are given, could this be extended to "Against These Values"?
  11. I had understood the ""value is like" function to work in a similar way to "contains", but it only appears to bring the correct results if I manually add % Wildcards. Could it be fixed so that the Wildcards are not needed? Or should I be using a different method to filter on any team starting with "SSC - " ? Thanks

  14. Could we have the ability to select any/many IC's and BP's for download from the list instead of having to go in to each one to download? This would save a lot of time. NB. The reason for downloading them is to be able to refer back to them when they have dropped off the publication list. Thanks
  15. Can the Information Panel on a Change Request display the Service Level information in the same way as an Incident or Service Request? I am using all the same nodes to set / start / end resolve timers, but I dont see the response and resolution target dates displayed in the request. Thanks
  16. Thanks @James Ainsworth, for this particular example it would be all New, Open or OnHold on the date/time the report is run, like a snapshot of current work in progress. Thank you
  17. Reporting is not my strong point. Can anyone help me output the number of Requests per Team, by Type? Something like: Team 1 Incidents: 150 Service Requests: 25 Team 2 Incidents: 13 Service Requests: 51 etc. Thank you
  18. Thanks @Steve Giller, apologies I didn't make it clear enough....its the short code I would like to be able to manage, not the Display Label. Refer to CAB is not an 'accept' outcome in this scenario. I think both authorisation nodes have this option greyed out. Is there an alternative? I have been able to update the outcome on standard Human Tasks. Thanks
