  1. Could there be a date picker in the request advanced search area, instead of having to select before/after dates? This would also apply when creating or editing Views.

  3. Happy to see the release of the 'Between Date Control' picker for Intelligent Captures today thank you. I created a 24/7 calendar but only seem to be able to select 4 days worth of dates, regardless of the start date. There are no date restrictions in the IC, but when I do add them, still only 4 days appear. Have I misunderstood the purpose or missing something that will expand the dates?
  4. Yes I hope so too! My inbox fills up with scheduled reports every day because its the only way I can keep track of them...most of them get deleted as I'm not actually the intended recipient

  7. Does anyone use Hornbill to send Surveys? The Intelligent Capture and Override flags would work quite well for branching questions and I don't need anything too detailed in terms of analysis...a paid subscription elsewhere feels a little extravagant when I know I could do something in Hornbill.
  8. @Malcolm please add your +1 here, I have a long list of why I feel more are required, some are local to me (and demonstrate my relative newness to Hornbill!) but also some are due to some minor limitations within Hornbill itself. I have no doubt its a big job!

  10. I didn't work it out @Berto2002 Most of what I understand about Integrations comes from this forum, so I left it as it was. If you find a way, I'd love to know!
  11. In addition, I can select the next date from the date picker but it doesn't Save the report
  12. My monthly reports all have this error indicating that the next scheduled date is in the past. Have I inadvertently set a US calendar or something? Any help would be appreciated.

  14. I am trying to clear Custom Field 40 however I notice that any Custom Field below O behaves differently to those above it, and cannot be cleared using the same method of setting the Operator to Manual and leaving the text blank. Is there a different way of clearing the later Custom Fields?
  15. Thanks @James Ainsworth, our users are created as part of the BP and then updated from an AD import, but I'm more thinking of existing users, not new ones. A couple of examples might be: Basic Users that become Full Users Full users that become Change Managers or Change Management Users (that then need Boards, etc) Full users that become Project Managers Full users that become Admins At the moment I have a notepad where I make all these notes but would be really useful if the templates allowed us to do the same.
  16. Is it / could it be possible to apply User Templates to existing users from the User record? Its not always appropriate to Copy from another user. Something like "Copy from Template" or "Apply Template"?

Thanks @Gerry this particular example and a couple of others I was hoping to route are system generated emails that cant go via self service (under 1% of our total volume is logged by email, and these are them). The good stuff in this one is the email address slap bang in the middle - we dont need the before and after to know how to action it. In my simple (non-Regex/code) mind I was hoping that the BP could remove x number of characters before the email address. Now I know what I'm looking for, I have found a couple of other threads that may help
  18. Thank you @Steve Giller and @Jeremy my Regex knowledge just about extends to [a-zA-Z]{2}[0-9]{8} for Request ID and that was copied from someone else! I will investigate a bit further, thank you both
  19. Is there any functionality that would enable me to automatically remove text from an incoming email that is logged via a Rule? Essentially I am wanting to remove text that is not needed in the request and only include the good stuff. In this example of a standard recurring email I think it would be the same number of leading characters each time. Alternatively, can the system look for keywords (an email address in this example) and strip it from the email to insert in the Description? Thanks

Thanks @Victor Using the two examples above I was hoping that the report might be able to show me things like: How many changes are at Change Approval stage (I have this on a board but wanted Time taken between logging and RFW Scoping is completed (lots of other examples of this in our BPs, e.g. how quickly a new account was provisioned, how quickly equipment was provided) With the help of our product specialist we have dedicated some of our custom fields for specific purposes across the platform so I wanted to avoid doing the same for Stage/Checkpoint reporting because I'll soon run out (see post). If it can be achieved any other way, I'd be happy to learn!
