  1. Hello, When defining a label in a progressive capture it seems to default to a faded grey, it is trying to be less prominent than the rest of the text. I understand that it is intended to not take focus away from the question however there are instances where the label is delivering information that needs to be equally or more prominent. Currently, I can work around this by using markup but it would be more practical if there were an option within the label to pick between alert (red/bold), bold and basic (grey). I have not yet needed a label to present information in grey, only needed it to show prominently so thus far I have needed to manually set markup for every label, this would certainly save time. Many thanks!
  2. When trying to edit a branch condition in a progressive capture using the 'is in' option the admin tool hangs when editing the values. I replicated this on both Chrome and Edge, so appears not to be browser specific. Cheers Martyn
  3. Can we request an enhancement to have some additional service parameters made available in the Progressive Capture Field Flag Conditions, namely. Service Category Service Domain Default Mailbox At the moment we have to do a large number of OR conditions on the individual service id within the Service Category. Cheers Martyn
  4. Is there a logical limit applied to the number of 'Form Fields' which can be added to a custom form in the progressive capture? We are looking are replacing a large number of branched progressive captures with conditional fields on a common custom form, but wanted to know if we are going to hit a limit? Cheers Martyn
  5. We're currently running version 1394, awaiting update to 1401, and have noticed an issue when trying to amend progressive capture and business processes. - The hornbill training videos advise that hovering above a node will display arrows that allow the user to create another box or arrow in the process, however these arrows are not displaying to allow me to do that. I have checked the roles assigned to me, as mentioned in the training video, and can confirm I am a business process manager, progressive capture manager and have the admin role but it still doesn't work. Am I doing something obviously wrong, could it be down to the version we are running (for which the fix is in the update to 1401), or is it a new error? Please help as I'm hoping to put in some changes to our current processes and cannot until this is solved.
  6. Hi, Is it possible to hide the unanswered questions in a progressive capture form in the service manager view? Some of our forms have a lot of questions and sometimes it seems the ones that were answered get lost in a sea of 'not answered' text. Thanks Dan
