Hi, when Customer replies to an email sent by Analyst from the Request in Hornbill - it appears on a Timeline as "System AutoResponder". There is an option/button called "Reply". When I click on it I got @System AutoResponder as a recipient. As a result - should the Customer get an email or notification only? See the picture. Thanks, Daniel

Hi All, I know that "Dark Mode" is an experimental feature, but some of text is invisible when this option is ON. Please see the picture. the attached pictures show difference between Report and Timeline. The "Last Timeline Update" column (h_buz_activities.h_content) in report doesn't show the latest update from the Timeline in Request. Could you help, please thanks Daniel

Hi All, In "Advanced" Reports (Home>Applications>Hornbill Service Manager>Reports) , column: h_buz_activities.h_content (Timeline Update) does not reflect the latest timeline posts for some reason. It only shows the "Request has been logged" event. Any idea why? Thanks Daniel

I can also replicate this issue (in Chrome and Edge browser). It seems to work for the very first attempt, but it doesn't save any further changes - if that make any sense.

Hi All, I have added "links" Page Widget to the main Company Page. I have linked documents, stored in a Hornbill Library. When I click on the link "404 Page not Found" pops up. When I right-click on it and choose open in a tab it actually downloads the document. Tested in Google Chrome and IE. Is it something I am doing wrong? Thanks Daniel
