  1. At the moment all conditions specified under the 'Show Button If...' have to be true for the button to appear. Therefore can I ask for this to be extended to include the following additional options. Allow the insertion of multiple values, i.e. Service ID equals/is 478,480,482 etc. Allow the use of 'OR' logical operations. Additional Fields for both selection and insertion Request Type Customer Telephone field Service Level fields Cheers Martyn
  2. I am creating a new form for our Marketing Dept and have found a limitation, when creating a list they want to show further conditional answers to questions. This works when you choose each answer individually, but when you choose more than one the further questions disappear, it's a bit like a two positives make a negative. These are the questions: One option chosen when two are ticked They disappear, in the conditions of the questions they are supposed to appear if the option is chosen. Is there a way around this issue?
  3. Is there a way of exporting the linked requests of an asset into an Excel type document? This would be great for us, or maybe even a link through to a view of that asset. I cannot find an asset 'condition' when creating views so I guess that bit isn't joined up but it would be great additional functionality.
  4. I am searching for an ESP condition to pull through a custom field under the given scenario: In the progressive capture, I have given the customer an option to add a 'current job title' as well as a 'new job title' if applicable. I would like to pull through the new job title into an automated email, BUT if this is left blank, I would require an ESP condition to instead pull through the current job title. Is there an expression that would allow for this?
