  1. At the moment all conditions specified under the 'Show Button If...' have to be true for the button to appear. Therefore can I ask for this to be extended to include the following additional options. Allow the insertion of multiple values, i.e. Service ID equals/is 478,480,482 etc. Allow the use of 'OR' logical operations.   2. We have recently gone live with the new Employee portal and the 'look and feel' is much better so thank you. However we do have some suggested improvements which hopefully other people will support. We are not using Domains so I can't comment on that area. Quick Link to a Service FAQ’s is not possible from the Home page – the link only goes to the higher level ‘Make a Request’ Page (we can’t go direct to FAQs page) Service Page – there is no Design Mode. Can the Request > Update Request > Details node be extended to allow the setting of the language when using the node to update the Summary and Details, as at the moment it will just use the default. This is so we can we can reset the language setting for the for the main summary and details fields in the BPM taking into account the contact/customers default language when it is logged via a routing rule, as the latter does not honour it (see link below).
