  2. Hi All, it looks like after the latest update Employee Portal header background image has been reverted to Hornbill one. Also, the footer shows Hornbill contact details now. Is anybody having same issue? Thanks Daniel

  8. Hi, filter in Assets Management works intermittently. Most of times, after typing the phrase I need to delete part of it and re-type it in order to get any results. This is on (up-to-date) Edge browser. Thanks Daniel

  14. Hi @James Ainsworth, thank you for your response. My config is quite simple, see pictures below. Finally, I got it working by adding an additional node which changes the sub-status. Without this node system won't change a request status back to open, even after Customer uploaded the attachment. thanks Daniel
