  1. At the moment all conditions specified under the 'Show Button If...' have to be true for the button to appear. Therefore can I ask for this to be extended to include the following additional options. Allow the insertion of multiple values, i.e. Service ID equals/is 478,480,482 etc. Allow the use of 'OR' logical operations. Additional Fields for both selection and insertion Request Type Customer Telephone field Service Level fields Cheers Martyn
  2. Would it be possible to have custom buttons allowed on Services? The reason for us would be to run an autotask to update the service status of services when there are at risk periods or maintenance windows and this information would then appear on the portal via the availability selector. Hopefully with the incoming option to raise bulletins via BPM we can also include a bulletin in the autotask to warn of these issues on the portal.
  3. Hi, Would it be possible to extend just a little bit the custom button options? All I would like is to have the service name and catalogue item name available in the "Variables" (see below). The reason is quite simple: All our documentation is stored on our SharePoint and we use metadata to associate each document to a Service (same as in Hornbill) and sometimes we also map documents to a specific catalogue item. By having these 2 variables, it would allow me to map a custom button to our SharePoint and pass the contextual service and catalogue item, allowing our analysts to retrieve all documents associated within seconds! PS: My boss has been asking for this feature for over a year now... Thanks, Lyonel
  4. Hi, I have been asked by my boss if it is possible to use the service name in the URL we generate from the custom buttons. Unfortunately, I cannot see it. Is it possible to insert this variable reference from another screen ("Settings" maybe)? If not, is it possible to extend a little bit this list? At least the service name would be valuable variable to have here, especially for integration with other systems.
