@Adrian Simpkins, @Joyce, on our instance even if the owner's chart is set to "visible" the person you share with won't see it... it will be hidden for him/her. @Joyce could you test it please? thanks Daniel

Hi @Joyce, just to let you know... "shared" charts are set to "hidden" as a default, so users need to change it manually

Hi @NickH, you could try to create a "Custom Button" in a "Request View" and link it to "Auto Task". It will allow you to duplicate a request from the existing one. You can find "Auto Tasks" in: https://admin.hornbill.com/YourInstance/app/com.hornbill.servicemanager/autotasks/
