  1. This morning Service Manager is failing to load for us and the health report is attached...which doesn't look good for us! Could someone please take a look and let us know what the issue is please?
  2. I am now looking to integrate to a JIRA Cloud instance as well as on premises, but have struck a problem with creating a test request as the integration process is failing, but the error in the logs is not given any indication of the why. I can create a request manually using the same credentials with only specifying the Summary, Description and Priority. I suspect the issue is the priority value but cannot be sure as there is not detailed error/response information being provided. Is there any additional logging we can check to help diagnose where it is failing? Cheers Martyn
  3. On Friday and over the weekend we have noticed that some (not all) requests that have integration calls were failing the integration type that we are using is: *Utilities/Experimental/HTTP Request - Basic Auth When they fail, we can restart the BPM once or twice and this then works. Have there been any issues at the Hornbill end? As we cannot immediately see any issues from our side....
  4. Since the update was applied earlier by Hornbill (maybe a red herring) none of our BPM are calling scripts we get an error as follows: iBridge Method: /Utilities/Experimental/HTTP Request - Basic Auth.m Error: Http::post: Failed to make HTTP 'POST' request to server... Please can this be looked into to see if this update caused an error.
  5. We have a business process that we pass information into a google sheet, this fails every time with the error below/attached, when we use the restart BPM icon in the request this then works and passes the information properly. We have the keysafe credentials added but we are becoming unsure of how to resolve this issue.
