We are continuing to explore Project Manager and have been looking at the Templates which look very useful. For those projects that are logged in advance for planning purposes is there / could there be the option to select if the Milestones should start x days after project creation or after x days of project start date? Thanks

+1 for this, the ability to select the Portfolio during creation would be great

Can I share a Document with Basic Users without publishing to a Library? I have set a condition in the IC to only show specific people the link itself, but its still visible to everyone in the Library. The Library contains other public documents, and if I take it out of the Library, they receive a message to request access. Thanks

In Edge, my IC Form Fields dialog box has some graphical issues (zoom is 100%), its OK in Chrome. In Chrome (also at 100%), the above form is fine, but the Field Settings box is a bit off! Its the same in Edge. They're all working fine, they just look a bit odd.

Is there any new functionality that could allow me to perform some basic calculations in a BPM please? I am wanting to migrate an Excel document into an IC and take the calculated 'priority rating' (not related to the Request priority) from the spreadsheet which is a series of approx 8 weighted values. I can format the IC but I need the BPM to generate the Priority. Thanks

You're right however I think its useful for returning customers to see that there has been an update since they last visited it and would encourage them to take a look

For Documents, the last Updated date is shown in the Library/Document view. Please could this be extended to the Catalog view?

When a Business Process encounters an error and the request has open Activities, the Activities are automatically cancelled. It would be really great if we had control over whether the Activity is cancelled or not, whether that be at Activity, Stage, Process, Service or platform wide, by way of a 'Process on error' type decision that I have seen on other nodes. These activities here were cancelled because a Card failed to Move on a Board - this is a minor part of our New Starter process which has a large amount of staged parallel processing, and one which I would have been happy to override. I know the answer is to have no errors however when you have a big process and the only way to test it is by logging multiple requests its a lot of work to ensure you have covered every outcome.

I also cannot Edit Activities where I have been able to before, and also recently demonstrated to other team members how they can do the same. Difficulty here is that the Team that this one is assigned is Closed (has no assigned users but not yet deleted) and even if I add myself I cant reassign it:

All of a sudden, I'm unable to update or create a report that includes a / in the report title - strange because approx. 90% of my working reports already have this as it forms part of our naming convention.

Actually...some are still there...fields no longer appear blank but widget borders are still there. Thanks
