Currently when using the Variable Picker in the BPM editor to get values from Progressive Capture Forms, is shows the 5 Most Recently Created, by title. Which is fine when setting up a new system, but when maintaining an existing system, this would be better to be the 5 Most Recently Updated. Can this change to "5 Most Recently Updated" or an additional option in the tree between the two existing Customer PCF options. Cheers Martyn
Can we get the customer's text into the AnalystCustomerUpdateRequestNotification template, so when they update via the portal the analyst can see the actual update rather than just a notification "Request SR00757055 which was assigned to you has been updated by the customer."
SQL Contact Import Utility falsely reports new contact creations as updates when run without the dryrun setting, even though the log shows them as creations. Running with the dryrun setting to true (top section of the screenshot) they are correctly reported as Created Skipped. Cheers Martyn
Is there a setting to control the default visibility of the time line entries when updating the request details section which include custom fields as well as the standard summary and descriptions? At the moment it defaults to being customer visible, which I can see would be applicable when changes are made to the summary or description, but the time line entry gets triggered when you change any field in the 'Details' section.
