  1. Hi @Jeremy, Is true, it doesn't look good. We'll look at this. Thanks, Daniel
  2. Thank you @QEHNick, We'll solve this issue. Regards, Daniel.
  3. Hi @Berto2002, We have no plans on allowing to change the font in our framework (including the portal). Regards, Daniel.
  4. Hi @will.good, Your requested feature is now available to be used. You can see more details in our wiki: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Employee_Portal_Page_Configuration#Page_Details Enjoy ;-) Daniel.
  5. Hi @sprasad, this is a different error. Something to do with the network I guess. Let me ask Support to follow this issue. Regards, Daniel.
  6. No Problem @Berto2002. Thank you for confirming. Daniel.
  7. Hi @Berto2002, Was going to post a message saying that you are using a very old version of Safari. We support the latest version of Safari 16 Beta and 15. But you are using a version that was released back in 2018 and there were many updates since then. We will add a better message in that case so you will know the problem is the browser that you use. Can you please let me know what version did you update it to? Thanks, Daniel.
  8. Hi @Berto2002, We're looking in to it. We'll keep you updated. Regards, Daniel.
  9. Hi @Adam Toms, Thank you for your explanation. I was able to replicate and find the issue. Apparently the first list of Catalog Items is not returning the correct order making it show a slightly different list than required. Then when you press "Load More..." it shows the correct order of the list, but is a different form the first one (if it makes sense). Apparently this has been the way it worked since day one, but no one noticed. We are now making a new build if the Core App, and as soon as it passes our testing we'll promote that build. I think it will be available at the beginning of next week. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regards, Daniel.
  10. Hi @Adam Toms, There is no limitation to how many Catalog Items you can add to a service. The "Load More" button should load the rest of the services and we never had issues with this, but we'll look at this again. Separating the issue of the Load More, I don't think is a good idea to have so many Catalog Items in a service because I don't see how a user would start clicking on the Load More button to see if the finds that item. In terms of usability is just too much. We'll keep you updated. Regards, Daniel
  11. Hi @will.good, That sounds like a good idea. I'll add your request to our list of new features. We'll keep you updated. Thank you, Daniel
  12. Hi @will.good, The domains are managed in the Configuration area. There you can specify the visibility to each domain. Public will be shown to all users, but if is not it will be based on services that are associated to that user. So if the user has no services at all related to that domain, then the domain will not be shown. Hope this answers your question. Regards, Daniel.
  13. Hi @will.good, No, not yet I'm afraid. Regards, Daniel.
  14. Hi @Damien Lynn, It should look the same in both cases. We'll look at this and get back to you. Regards, Daniel.
  15. Hi @Damien Lynn, Thank you for your suggestion. We have a planned change that will add customization options to the service view. However what you are requesting here is simply to improve the service and progressive capture one to adopt better the style defined in the Employee Portal management view. I think we can do better there however there are some problematic areas like the green colour of the OK icon (in your last screenshot. If the user chooses to use green as background then you won't see the icon. Or the red colour of the error field. For all this we need more customizations to allow you to change these, making everything more complicated. We will look in to this, but I'm afraid there will be some limitation. I'll keep you updated on this. Regards, Daniel.
  16. Hi @Vikki Cameron, Thank you for your feedback. We'll sort this problem for our next build. Regards, Daniel.
  17. Hi @will.good, At the moment is not possible to do such thing. But we are looking at an option to allow configuring the Employee Portal to hide summary pane when raising any request. Will keep you updated about the outcome. Regards, Daniel.
  18. @samwoo, it looks like you are using the description instead of the label. The description is indented to the right, but when it is used alone, without the label is wrong. I'm not sure how yo managed not to add a label as it's mandatory. I see you use WiKi to make the text bigger, bu the label can also contain wiki text. I think this is your case, if not let me know. Thanks, Daniel.
  19. @samwoo, where is this form, is this the Progressive Capture?
  20. Hi @samwoo, Thank you for your comments and the technical details. We'll review this area and let you know. Regards, Daniel.
  21. Hi @will.good, We've identified the issue and already applied the fix for this. You will just need to refresh your browser (F5) to see the change. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for raising it. Regards, Daniel.
  22. Hi @will.good, Can you please provide more details about where you see the blue icons? Regards, Daniel.
  23. Hi @Mark (ESC), Most icons will be available except from some custom ones. You either search in the icon picker or if you prefer have a better look at all the available icons we have, we use a library called font-awesome. https://fontawesome.com/v5/search Some other areas will be more difficult to mimic such as the "All My Requests / All My Services" but you won't have that option anyway as you will see the widget itself. You won't be able to make it 100% the same, but you can reach a similar style and layout. Regards, Daniel.
  24. Sure @samwoo, Will look good soon ;-) Have a good day, Daniel.
  25. Hi @Martyn Houghton, The initial text has a max of something like 100 characters, but the chars is counting is after stripping out the wiki markup signs. So is based on pure text. Cheers, Daniel.
