  1. Hi @pippa212, Can you please provide more information about your request? Are you talking about the Employee Portal or Customer Portal? What does he want to customize? What is his visual impairment? Regards, Daniel.
  2. Hi @Dave Longley, For my first suggestion, imagine you have two domains "Finance A" and "Finance B". Finance A is set to the services A, B and C. Finance B is set to the services D and E. You have to set both domains to not be public in the domain management (in the administration) People with visibility to services A, B and C will only see Finance A as long as they don't have visibility to Service D and E. The same for the other domain. The visibility of the services you set in the Service Portfolio of the Service Manager. The second one is pretty simple, if the widget is using the four columns, it will have an option to hide itself if no data is available. Not all widgets will support that, but most with data will. Hope this helped, Regards and happy new year ;-) , Daniel.
  3. The fix is already Live. But as mentioned in the post: You can make it apear instead of auto hiding. Regards, Daniel
  4. Hi @Nicki Rayment, Yes, there is an Application Setting ''app.view.core.header.autoHideHeaderForBasicUsers''. Just turn it ON and it will be shown all the time. Hornbill Administration > Home > Hornbill Collaboration > Application Settings Good luck, Daniel.
  5. Hi @Dave Longley, I understand. Perhaps you can create two separate sets of domains, one for one group of users and one for the other group. The you can create a page for each group of people. But the only page you can't set is the home one. That is the same for all. Not sure it it helps, but several widgets will already display the content based on the subscription like the Service Widget. You can also set the widget to be hidden if there is no data. Regards, Daniel.
  6. Hi @Dave Longley, I'm not sure if this is what you refer to, but you can create three different versions of each page; One for Users, one for Basic Users and one for All Users (read here: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Employee_Portal_Page_Configuration ). Basic Users will never be able to see the User page version and it will allow you to add different widgets to each version. Regards, Daniel.
  7. Hi @AlexOnTheHill, Thank you for your response. Can you please be a bit more specific about where the issue is? What is the "selection at the beginning of our requests" ? Is this the Progressive Capture? Is this the Request Details view? Employee Portal or Analyst? Perhaps a screenshot will help here. Thank you, Daniel.
  8. Hi @Dave Longley, Yes, each domain (and page) has a different URL. For example the HR domain will have: https://live.hornbill.com/YOUR_INSTANCE/internal/catalog/hr/ You can also specify part of the URL by defining the slug when creating a custom page. Regards, Daniel.
  9. Hi @Dave Longley, There is no such granularity per widget. The Domain pages are the only area that can show or hide based on subscription and the users will get the entire page or not. Regards, Daniel.
  10. Hi @HGrigsby, if in some browsers is showing and Chrome is not, I suspect your Chrome browser is caching the content. Can you try clearing your cache (Ctrl+F5) or Ctrl+Shift+Del - Select "Clear Browser Data". Let me know how it goes. Regards, Daniel
  11. Hi @HGrigsby, That is weird. What browser are you using? Anyone else is not seeing the new feature? Thanks, Daniel.
  12. Just to update you, we're looking at this with urgency. Will update you as we have news. Thank you, Daniel.
  13. Hi All, The employee portal was updated last Wednesday. Can you please let us know when did you start seeing this issue? Also, can you confirm the issue is in the Background Image only and not in the logo? Are you using a company that is not the Primary one (see right-top corner in the screenshot)? Thank you Daniel
  14. Hi @Tina.Lapere, Sure, that looks wrong. We'll look at this. Regards, Daniel.
  15. Hi @Chris Bardell, Where is this bulletin being used? I this a domain page or a service? If is a domain, how many columns? Thank you, Daniel.
  16. Hi @HGrigsby, When designing the page, go and edit the search widget. Then check "Filter by Types". Hope this helps, Daniel.
  17. @BobbyB, @AndyHill, Yes, I found the issue and the fix will be in our next build. Probably in two/three days days. Thank you for reporting, Daniel.
  18. Thank you for confirming @AndyHill. Can you just clarify? The body links colour in the widget is optional, only if you want to change de default colour set in the Administration. Was the colour links colour set to white or not set somewhere? Thanks, Daniel.
  19. Hi @Sam P, As this is information coming from the Service Manager app, I've asked the relevant team to answer to your post. Regards, Daniel.
  20. Hi @AndyHill, In our last build we fixed an issue with colours in the Employee Portal where the values were not being used correctly in different areas. This can be one case where you used some weird combination just to make it work. The buttons are using the Body Links Colour. Can you please make sure you have the correct value in either the Administration or you might have overwritten it in the actual widget? Let me know the outcome. Thank you, Daniel.
  21. Hi @Alisha, @Sam P, The issue we have here is that the image can be uploaded in any size in the service catalog config, but the widget can be shown in different sizes in each page (or domain). No only that, but the bulletin widget can display many bulletins rotating. So I'm not sure how will this work. I'll talk about this with my team and get back to you. Regards, Daniel.
  22. This feature is now included in our latest core-ui build 1550. Enjoy ;-) Daniel.
  23. Hi @nasimg, We've just released build 1550 with this change. The popup is moved a bit to the right to let users understand there are items behind. Have a nice day, Daniel.
  24. Thank you @Berto2002, Can you please ask the user if he can still see that error to send us the diagnostics generated? Refresh the page (F5) Open the user menu Click on "Start Diagnostics" Navigate the app to produce the issue a few times Click "Stop Diagnostics" Send the outcome to our support or in a Private Message in the Hornbill Community. Thank you, Daniel.
  25. Hi @Alisha, Do you see the bulletin in a domain view (a page)? How many columns is the widget using? Regards, Daniel.
