  1. @Alisha Could you not use a URL shortener to reduce the required number of characters?
  2. You can send an email to any address within the BPM, now this depends what you mean by "Escalated" ... is this simply assigned to another team, or is this an actual Escalation? (i.e. an increase in Priority or an action triggered by nearing an SLA breach) Is it's assigning across to a specific Team is this something that could happen at any time, or is it at a specific point in the process? If the Former you can achieve this by using an Auto Task on a Custom Button that assigns the Request and then emails the "Team Address" and if the latter you can (in the Business Process) check which group the Request has been assigned to and if it's this Team send the email.
  3. This depends on what you are referring to as a "Team Mailbox" Would I be correct in thinking this is external to Hornbill, e.g. a Microsoft Exchange Group or similar?
  4. You can assign multiple Requests with the same functionality as Updating/Cancelling them.
  5. If you navigate to Admin -> Platform Configuration -> Advanced System Settings and enter "passwordPolicy" in the filter box you will see the various constraint settings. The obvious ones to look for are: security.guest.passwordPolicy.minimumLength security.guest.passwordPolicy.mustContainLowerCase security.guest.passwordPolicy.mustContainNumeric security.guest.passwordPolicy.mustContainSpecial security.guest.passwordPolicy.mustContainUpperCase but there are a few more, and of course the user variants for Full/Basic users if required.
  6. Looking at the definitions there is some crossover, but particularly for the RPO this would require the ability to "backdate" the Timer which is not something we offer. You can store Date/Time values in the database and might be able to show elapsed times in a report, possibly exporting to a CSV and using something like PowerBI would be a better fit - not really my area of expertise but it looks achievable although maybe not using the Reporting functions.
  7. Currently there is no option to display this here. I think the nearest to what you need is filtering the assets by State.
  8. My understanding is that this is the exact opposite of what @Alisha and @BobbyB are asking for.
  9. Where are you doing this? Which Application? On a Request? On an Asset Record? etc.
  10. This is somewhat confusing. The Register screen is for new Users - I don't see how they could be confirming their number as if they're in the process of registering you don't have one to confirm.
  11. Currently the functionality is available to show the last update. There is no distinction between the various update sources.
  12. This indicates that it's an issue with Roles/Permissions. The Admin account isn't an all-powerful "do-anything" account, it still needs the Roles and Rights to perform actions in the same way as a "normal" account.
  13. Do you see the same when you have only selected one Request?
  14. Microsoft are removing support for basic authentication, my first suggestion would be to migrate to an OAuth 2 connection. Your email admins should be able to advise on this.
  15. Currently there is no action that will add an Asset to a Request based on the ID of that asset.
  16. @Damian Roberts I've merged this with the existing thread.
  17. This has been fixed, the update is due to go live at the end of the week.
  18. Just to get a pet peeve of mine out of the way - this is not a report! This is a list that you have filtered, and the original list is already filtered by Hornbill's security model. Looking at the list itself, you have filtered on Within Resolve Time and Status - neither of which are displayed in the screenshot you've posted, so I can't tell whether the Request should be there.
  19. What would you deem as a first time contact fix? The node does not dictate criteria, it gives you the option to select one of sixteen combinations. What criteria would you use to specify a FTF?
  20. Are you able to expand upon what you're trying to achieve here? There may be a better way to get what you need - equally there may be pitfalls (missing data, enormous lists, duplicates etc.) that would make this impractical.
  21. I'm not aware of any plans to look at this - Current enhancements are listed under Admin -> Hornbill Solution Center -> Roadmap Library
  22. @LorraineS Yes, this is an Application setting and affects the whole of Service Manager.
