  1. We have created some forms where we are using Service Manager to gather information via the portal then handing these 'forms' off to another application. Our Governance team has expressed a wish for these request to be cleansed e.g. the form questions to be deleted or the request to be removed from view with the option of deleting the request. Is there a way of doing this via a BPM as we would prefer to do this automatically rather than relying on a manual process.
  2. As GDPR is ever closer I have created a club that offers a secure place for Hornbill users/customers to discuss GDPR related topics with each other as well as with the team at Hornbill. We are interested in ensuring our platform and applications are fully supportive of our customers initiatives to be GDPR compliant but understand there is a great deal of Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt about what this means to organisations and further more these discussions could be sensitive. For this reason I have created a closed club that only Hornbill Customers and Hornbill Staff are invited to participate in. My goal is to foster constructive shared conversations where we can discuss issues around GDPR where I hope we can draw a better collective understanding of what GDPR means in practice, as well as drivers for our product roadmaps moving forwards. At the moment you can 'Create a New Contact' using the iBridge Hornbill>Collaboration methods, but could the option to Update Contact be added and include the ability to update custom fields as well as the standard ones? We are looking at creating a Service to allow our external customers to update both their profile and communication preferences (held as custom fields) using a Service Request workflow, as part of recording/audting the personal information we hold for GDPR.   4. It would be useful to have the ability to add a custom description to the standard Progressive Capture node, the same way you can with custom form fields. For use, this would be to add guidance on what to attach and as well as advising the removal of any personal information , i.e. GDPR. Cheers Martyn
  5. With GDPR looming, we would like to restrict the ability of our external customers to upload an image in their profile. Is there a setting we can enable to disable this? Similarly we would want to display but disable the update of it profile image on the Service Portal, as this is populated by the LDAP Import Tool from AD. Cheers Martyn
  6. With the new GDPR https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation coming up on May 25th. How does Hornbill Service Manager deal with if a customer wants to be "forgotten"? Will references to them be anonymized since we will still need the ticket history? Also, since GDPR also takes into account non-structured data, is there any way to find/change/delete references to a specific person within the ticket free text?
